Very great customer service,
Had some difficulty with placing my order as I needed a special shape for my foam. But they were very fast responding to me and super helpful. Got all my cushions cut to size in an express delivery. Will definitely order with them again next time.

F2H 33S Foam for sofa cushions is too hard
I ordered foam for the back cushions of a sofa, F2H 33S. When they arrived they were very hard, in no way pliable. I contacted customer service and told them that I followed the instructions on their website when ordering. Their response was that the website only offers a recommendation of what to select. They offered a 10% discount to reorder because it was a customised shape. Too low a discount for a reorder. I would expect other customers will have the same experience if they select this type of foam.
