Prompt delivery
Thé piece of foam that I ordered arrived on time. I’m pleased with it even though I had ordered firm blue foam, rather than the slightly less firm white foam. It is just firm enough for the upholstery job that I am about to do.

Good product, but dpd was not good.
The foam product was what I wanted, as advertised. Well cut to my specifications. Prompt dispatch, but disappointed with DPD. They didn’t turn up as stated, said I wasn’t in, but as door camera showed they didn’t come. I did get the product the next day.

Terrible customer service…
The foam was ok but the customer service is terrible. Despite emailing within seconds of placing an order incorrectly and later being told that it was on hold I was subsequently told it had already been made and couldn’t be changed.

I placed my order with incorrect dimensions, I received a phone call at 07:45 the day after the order where the company queried the order, the order was amended. I received my corrected order the next day. Excellent service which was above and beyond!!!

Perfect sofa cushions
Easy to order custom shaped sofa cushions (unlike competitors). Arrived superspeedily too - under 3 days from ordering. Price was good. An old loved sofa has a new and more comfortable lease of life. I am sitting on it now!

Custom made foam order
Very happy with purchase. My order was for an odd size piece of foam with memory foam on top. The fact I had to supply a drawing as part of my order was actually helpful so that my order wasnt queried and they could check my drawing for any issues or in case they thought I'd got the measurements wrong. Speedy service. Fits perfectly. Extremely happy.
