Easy to order, quick delivery and well packaged.

When ordering my laptop accidentally autocorrected to my old address (but with new post code). I hadn’t realised at the time. I contacted DPD as soon as I realised but they said they were unable to do anything and I’d have to ask foam2home to contact them. Foam2Home didn’t want to know at first and tried to claim they were unable to change the address due to GPDR. After several emails they finally contacted DPD and changed the address, saying my parcel would be a couple of days (I also received what felt like a passive aggressive email with a screen shot from DPD- stating I had already booked the delivery, I hadn’t it was just saying the depo had booked it, please have a read through of what things mean before blaming customers). Anyway panic over, or so I thought. A few days came and went and still no parcel. I received an email to say unfortunately it had been returned back to them (on a Thursday) and they wouldn’t send it out until the following Tuesday (due to bank holiday Monday). I asked if they could make an exception and send it out on the Friday or Saturday for me. No. In short my parcel came the day after I needed it (nearly two weeks after I made the initial order) and caused me a whole lot of stress. Not only a huge waste of money but a huge waste of time too. Won’t be using them again. Absolutely zero help. If you have any decency you’ll refund me.
