Had a terrible experience
Had a terrible experience. I spoke to multiple customer care people from Fly Sharp. Some agents, to be specific Manvi was extremely rude and arrogant, wasn't willing to help at all.
Secondly, I don't know how but there was a huge discrepancy in the refund amount stated by IndiGo and Fly Sharp. IndiGo said refund would be GBP 425 but Fly Sharp has said only GBP 287 will be refunded to me (photo attached). Even if they charge their admin fee, the difference should not be this huge. None of their agents were able to help me out.

Giving me the run around to cancel and…
Giving me the run around to cancel and refund my ticket to Dubai. Instead of being ready for an influx of requests like these, they aim to bounce you from pillar to post. Gulf Air is allowing refunds however it seems Fly Sharp want to make it as difficult as possible to do so - it’s far from excellent customer service. I put in a submission for a refund and the response was to contact Fly Sharp not “refunds”, I fear they deliberately make this process difficult. If you’re needing to cancel due to ongoing events you may be better off going through insurance or chargeback. I have kept all their unhelpful emails.

Very disappointing experience with Fly…
Very disappointing experience with Fly Sharp. I contacted them three times about a refund following the situation in the Middle East and received three completely different answers from three different people. There was no consistency, no clear explanation, and no transparency, despite the Etihad airline’s refund policy already being publicly available on there website. The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and far more difficult than it should have been. Still haven’t received my refund!!!! I would expect much better customer service and clearer communication.

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company. Due to ongoing situation, my wife and child ticket got cancelled. No intimation from them directly. Its the airline emails we have to rely on. Have email them several times but no response about cancellation and refunds. Have been calling but no response, no one pick's up the phone. Called the airline, they said they have processed the refund within 48 hours and still no response from flysharp.
Previously as well when had used them the customer service is pretty rude. Never ever going to use them again. Horrendous experience, still stuck and not sure where our refunds are, no information, no communication.

I booked my Flight with Fly Sharp. They took payment and then sent me a confirmation email too. Next day they sent me another email which says they couldn’t book the flight for that fare. I lost the ticket on a competitive price when other companies were offering similar prices. After cancellation I received an email where they confirmed that I will get refund in 4-5 days. Does that means they will use my money somewhere else and refund after 5 days? They will charge anyone and will keep money for few days? If you can’t give the promised price then why you take payment?

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. The agent KARAN was very rude and unhelpful throughout the conversation. I was simply trying to confirm flight details for a family member, but was dismissed and treated like a 'third party.' Unacceptable behavior from a support team.

Lack of communication
Flight cancelled by Indigo due to air strikes on the 28th Feb. Indigo contacted us after sending an email in 1st March and confirmed our refund, and gave details explaining it has been sent to Southall Travel! No idea who they are as booked through Flysharp. Have emailed Flysharp numerous times, with ALL this information. And just keep getting same email in response ‘please confirm your consent to ask for a refund’ no answer on phone number given. no customer service or care. They have OUR money, which has been refunded to whoever they used to book our flights.

We were due to fly qatar airways next Friday but saw on their website they were offering refunds past our date. I tried to email fly sharp to find out their options but received a generic response 3 days later. I tried to call and to my surprise they answered straight away and went ahead to process the refund no issues. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience twice with Fly Sharp and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
I booked a flight through them after seeing their rating on Skyscanner, which made them appear reliable. After completing the booking, I did not receive the ticket instantly. Instead, I received an email stating that the ticket would be issued within 24–96 hours.
However, within 24 hours they sent another email saying the booking could not be confirmed due to “non-availability of seats” and that the transaction had been voided. If the seats were not available, they should not have accepted the booking or taken the payment in the first place.
Because of this delay, I lost the opportunity to book the same flight with other companies that were offering tickets at the same price. By the time they cancelled my booking, the fares had already increased.
The next day, when I again saw a similar price, I tried booking the flight through them once more, but the same situation happened again — they did not issue the ticket and cancelled it with the same reason.
This makes it feel like they are holding customers’ money without actually issuing tickets, and only refunding later. Meanwhile customers lose time and the ticket prices increase.
For reference, my itinerary number is EF63004.
Based on my experience, the rating I saw on Skyscanner feels misleading because the service I received was very unprofessional. I would not recommend booking with Fly Sharp.

Worst customer service. They take decades to answer the call and very rude customer service. Please don’t book through this website. They charge lot of money as well for cancellation.

Pls do not book through this company
Pls do not book through this company, firstly no manners to talk to a customer and on top of all forcing the customer to rebook a ticket cancelled by the airline. Then saying refund will 3 to 6 months and saying to borrow the amount from a friend if you need it, inspite of telling them that other agents have refunded amounts within 2/3 working days. Asked for a written reply to the email I sent but they are not ready to reply, spoke with Nikhil and he was totally unprofessional and finally hung up the call. I am going to take this matter to court as my amount is over£1000/-.

Terrible customer service
Abhi - the person I spoke to in order to rebook my flight back to the UK, was extremely rude and abusive. When I compalined to him that he was being rude and abusive, he hung up on me!
This is a terrible company to book with. Avoid like the plague!

Extremely poor experience
Due to the ongoing issues in the Middle East, we have been trying to cancel our tickets for our trip on 20th March via Doha.
While Qatar Airways allows cancellation and refund, they have refused to process our request.
I have called 3 times in the last week, and I am always told that they cannot process the request and to call back later.
We've also sent multiple emails advising our request but they only respond with a generic holding email.
I fear they are defrauding customers..
