There was absolutely no empathy from Flysharp whatsoever. The agent I dealt with was extremely cold and dismissive. He told me, very bluntly, that under no circumstances could my ticket be changed and that there was nothing they could do, despite my medical emergency.
At the time, I was hospitalised in Nigeria with sepsis. I was seriously ill, my blood pressure was unstable, and I was medically unfit to fly. I sent Flysharp multiple hospital letters, doctors’ reports, and blood test results to prove that I could not travel on my scheduled return date to London. I even authorised a friend in writing to act on my behalf because I was too unwell to handle the situation myself.
Both my friend and I called Flysharp repeatedly, including while I was still in hospital. Despite all the medical evidence and the severity of my condition, they refused to change my ticket and instead forced me to buy a completely new one. Their tone throughout was cold, rigid, and uncaring.
This was not just a bad customer service experience — it was deeply distressing and traumatic. Even now, writing this review brings back intense anxiety and feels like PTSD. That is how badly this situation affected me.
I am leaving this review to warn future customers. Use Flysharp at your own risk. If anything goes wrong, especially in an emergency, do not expect compassion, understanding, or support. I do not recommend Flysharp and would never use them again.

One of the worst male rude agents
One of the worst male agents I have ever dealt with.
Today I called Fly Sharp on the 22nd of February 2025 as my mum is currently in India and needed help getting her PNR number for her Indigo booking. I politely asked whether I could obtain it and, if not, whether it could be emailed directly to her. It was a simple and reasonable request.
From the very start, the agent was rude, dismissive and arrogant. His tone was abrupt and completely unprofessional. It was genuinely humiliating to be spoken to in that manner. Customer service is clearly not his strength — his behaviour was unacceptable, this is the first time I’m ever saying this regarding customer service. I do not complain, but I have to on this occasion and informed the company and the others know there is this individual.
Many members of my family use your travel agency regularly and have done so for years. After this experience, I have advised my mum never to use your firm again. I will not be recommending it to others and will be informing friends and relatives of how badly this reflects on your business.
It only takes one individual to damage a company’s reputation, and having someone like this representing your firm will inevitably drive loyal customers away.
Extremely disappointing experience.

Dodgy business - deliberate delay of refund for cancelled flights
First up, Flysharp is just a trading name for Southall Travel, presumably set up to do their dirty work with budget airlines. We booked a return flight from Manchester to Delhi with Indigo airline which was cancelled by the airline six weeks before the flight. Apparently Indigo constantly do this, taking bookings on flights which they have no intention of operating, holding customers money for as long as possible then cancelling. The link to obtain a refund on the Indigo website never works, so I repeatedly contacted FlySharp to action the refund, by telephone and email. In all cases I was fobbed off with a standard reply that "your case has been forwarded on to the relevant team". One chap on the phone forgot to ask my booking details before giving me this information, he didn't know who he was speaking to, clearly demonstrating that it is a premeditated delaying tactic to fob customers off. Email responses were no better, I got identical standard replies from "Bruce" (as if anyone there is actually called Bruce!) no matter what I wrote. To make any progress at all I had to become very forceful on the phone, to be then told that there was a delay in actioning my refund because they were awaiting my response to confirm the refund. Response to what?! They never sent me anything to respond to - another deliberate and dodgy delaying tactic. When I did eventually manage to get them to send me a form requesting a refund, despite having already made such a request several times, I was told it will be 4-5 weeks before I get my money back for a flight the airline cancelled. Are they counting out the refund in one rupee coins and bringing it by sailing ship from India? Absolute rubbish, I pity the people who work for such a dishonest business, your families must be bitterly disappointed in you.

Disappointing and pathetic service. Please do not use it unless you are ready to lose your money.
According to their terms and conditions, they are just the agent between the airline and the customer, and all queries are resolved according to the airline's policy.
I told them I had a medical emergency; therefore, I was unable to fly on the scheduled flight. I sent the Qatar Airways policy where it clearly states that flights are fully refundable if it is due to a medical emergency.
I was ready to provide all the supporting documents, and the first cancellation request was made within 24 hours of booking. According to Qatar Airways, if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking, it is refundable, no questions asked.
I did not know any of this. I was trying to resolve the issue calmly with the company, but their lies and the way they started behaving after they got my money were terrible. I then read the policy of Qatar Airways myself and told them everything they were supposed to tell me, but they did not accommodate me.
At last, the scheduled flight departed, and the next email I received from them was: "As you did not request the cancellation within time, the airline has marked you as a 'No Show,' and therefore you will face a penalty of £365 for cancellation."
I sent them call logs and asked them to check the timestamps on the emails we exchanged, which show that I requested everything beforehand, and now they have stopped replying to me.

Never Use FLYSHARP
I had a very disappointing experience with FlySharp regarding a Qatar Airways booking (Invoice 5798715).
Due to a medical emergency, I contacted FlySharp to cancel the ticket before the flight departure. The cancellation request was made twice, both via email and telephone, with the first contact made within 24 hours of booking. I have timestamped email evidence and call records to prove this.
Despite notifying them prior to departure, the cancellation was not processed. The airline later marked the passenger as a “no-show,” and FlySharp is now attempting to apply a £365 cancellation charge, claiming the ticket was not cancelled in time.
This situation arose purely because the agent failed to action the cancellation request promptly. A customer should not be penalised for an administrative delay outside of their control, especially in a medical emergency situation.
Instead of resolving the matter fairly, the responses have been repetitive and dismissive, with no proper escalation despite clear supporting evidence being provided.
I spoke to Shefali and I provided all the evidence of cancellation requests made prior to the departure, and her response was: As you have requested the cancellation of your ticket after the departure.....
Like seriously?? The Team cannot understand simple emails written in basic english?
I expected professional handling and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has been stressful and extremely disappointing.
I would advise future customers never to use this Agency.

Works and unbeatable price, however not for the faint-hearted
Positive, the tickets are cheap. Negative, you have no idea of when will you get the ticket until you have it. No confirmation of having bought it, no receipt, nada. In my case, it took ~24 hours to get the booking ticket. In the meantime, they replied to my text asking about it basically saying that I should chill. Not ideal for the faint-hearted, but worth it for the savings. And, at the end of the day, what's life without some emotion?

This is a desperate company reaping customers off their hard earned money.
My advice to you is DO NOT trade with this rogue company!
Their website is coming up with error messages that payment declined please retry whereas your card is charged each time you retry. When i asked them to refund my money they refused. But I will not give up until my full amount is refund. If you had experienced the same please speak up to save other people! There’s power in your voice.

There are several other sites that are legit that you can buy your flight tickets from but not FLYSHARP!
