I have always had smooth experience. Timeliness is very important. Over all domestic flight seating is roomy. Food selection is fine.

One of the worst flight you can have. there is no option on thier website or even at thier service center to reschedule your flight. and they even do not provide any option to refund even your flight is scheduled after 6 hours.

Flight was very comfortable and smooth the Crue was very humbal and friendly services was very nice booking process was very easy

I travelled with my family from Islamabad to Jeddah. It was a wonderful experience with FlyJinnah. I had to change my flight date so i called them and they were very responsive and change my flight immediately.
Regarding the experience with the flight, the flight was right on time. The staff was very cooperative. The thing i liked the most was the legroom in all the seats. FlyJinnah aircraft has very comfortable legroom, unlike most of the Pakistani airlines, so it made the flight very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was amazing

I have travelled first time on the FLY JINNAH. Booking process was so easy and smooth I booked it myself from the website. Updates about the flight I got it by email. Online checkin I done 1 day before and got my boarding pass already. All the staff and crew was very polite and professional. Aircraft was neat and clean. Everything was super amazing 👏. Thanks for the best experience ❤️

Overall experience with flyjinah was great .very supportive staff and comfortable and clean seats add more value and comfort to visit.
I would recommend everyone to at least try once their service in a very friendly budget.

Travelled from Quetta to Lahore in May 2026 on a recently started flight and the experience was phenomenal compared to the peer. Both the aircraft and the crew have done a commendable job. I have booked it online, in flight meals were both tasty and fresh.
One negative is FlyJinnah is not offering ticket cancellations maybe on this route

My Experience with flight was very good. only One Problem that was there pocket dont have Vomit bags. Passenger sitting behind me vomited at landing time and did all that on floor.

It was a really good experience as the overall plan was really clean and hygenic with a really cooperative and humble crew staff..

Me and my family frequently travel on fly Jinnah Lahore to Sharjah out back, It was really a excellent experience but please my request to concentrate on sitting chairs which are not good, All others are good like service, Food etc..

Air Arabia / FJ are providing great services. But since some time there has been a constant delay in flights, unavailability of food items from Lhr Isbd and Khi Isb as well as the returns. Secondly most of the times the sky time is down and even upon inquri they dont share the reason. When it is working the flight map data (the most wonderful part) doesnt load and pops up with no data msg.
