Always informative , Helped me get my Instrument rating

Great review, easy to follow. I primarily did the course along with my son who I was instructing, as a review. I had not had a primary student in 20 years. He passed the FAA written and received his PPL in about 60 hours (in the PHX area) - no small feat! So - thanks again, Eric S. CFI

Got me through my written test I think most ground school is rather boring But there was some very interactive videos

I started watching videos and studying for my PPL written prior to starting flight lessons. I took my test and passed before I took my first lesson. I have continued to review videos and have finished all but one of the courses to which I have access. The videos and accompanying material have acquainted me with what I need to know so that when I fly it reinforces the basic principles.
Jon has an upbeat tone to his voice which holds my attention much better than many of the other videos that I have watched. Everything is covered in a clear, concise manner. I highly recommend this course. I am close to taking my check ride and plan to start IFR training as soon as I have my license.

As a student pilot, I have been using the website for a few months now, and it has allowed me to refine flying skills at an accelerated rate. I look forward to seeing how Fly8ma’s training will aid me in future ratings, as it certainly proved its merits in the PPL.

Easy to use and provides up to date local information

I really enjoy the thorough information that is reviewed to learn from. This information give me the confidence to pass both my written and oral exams for my instrument rating.

Easy to review and comprehend

The first time I saw John on YouTube he was fixing boat motors. He’s come a long way from that.

I have learned as much from watching his videos as from what my flight instructor has shown me. I’ve reviewed something that I was about to preform for my instructor and nailed it the first time. My instructor would say “you’ve done that before”. I finally told him what I was watching and now he tells all his students to watch FLY8MA

I think the IFR program should be offered at a rate that more of us who are limited on funds can afford it; without having to join as a silver member. You are an exceptional teacher.

Although I haven't completed it as of yet I found it very easy to follow and very informative.

Couldn't get past the 2nd lesson. The course kept freezing up after the 2nd lesson.

After an absence from flying of 10 years I decided to jump back in with both feet. FLY8MA.com was instrumental in getting me back up to speed on my training and enabled me to achieve my multi engine instrument rating and I’m now using the Flight Instructor exam videos to prepare for my CFI add on.
