Deceptive marketing. "Buy these shoes, we have a sale going on right now." I need a half size bigger so I emailed the company and got this in return, "sorry, these were on sale, no returns or exchanges." I guess its my fault for not trying to find out why they were on sale....but not really, that should have been in bold during check out.

Horrible Sizing
It’s a broad daylight SCAM!! Whatever this company claims is not true. I bought these shoes one size up then what I normally wear and still it won’t fit. And now I am not able to return/exchange. I highly regret giving this company my money.

I ordered flux footwear shoes in September of 2024. I barely wore them and they’re already worn at the ankle. I sized up from a 7.5 to an 8.5.

The last 2 times I wore them they gave a blister the size of a quarter on my ankles and I had to take them off halfway through my walk and had to walk barefoot back home.

I reached out to customer service and sent pictures. She said she couldn’t do anything because the shoes “looked too worn.” They were dirty because they’re white and the only place they were worn was the part that goes behind the ankle. Absolute trash of a shoe. Waste of $140 for them to only last 5 months.

I ordered a size 10 and received a size 5.5 . I asked for an exchange in size and the answer was : We do not do exchanges or refunds after shipping sneakers sorry ....THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love these shoes. They are comfortable and provide exactly what they advertise. The wide toe box is perfect for my feet. But my most recent order has been less than desirable. I order three pairs of shoes during the holidays and HAVE YET to receive them. They only provide an email to contact them and have an AI automatically respond saying they will get the right people to look at my email. They haven’t responded back after that. They haven’t stocked up on their shoes and now I’m wondering if they are going out of business due to poor management.

Anyone who is leaving a lower star review is insane. As a person who has a massive sensitivity to high quality footwear, Flux has been a LIFESAVER for me. I have a injured ankle that requires me to have shoes that are only high quality. I now have 2 pair Runners and Trainers. Both sets are incredibly amazing for comfort and are very well thought out and designed. I got rid of my other shoes from major brands and made the switch because of how much better these are. Do yourself a favor and stop using inferior shoes that are "trendy" and get something your whole body will appreciate.

I purchased these shoes on sale and they were still about $100, When I received the shoes and tried them on for the first time it was immediate that the shoes run small. When I tried to start a return I was only given the option to exchange or receive a gift card minus the $13 restocking fee. When I reached out to the company they told me that I could not get a refund since they were purchased on sale.

Worst company ever. has been 1 month and I still not received my shoes. NO customer service at all, always an AI automatic response with no human interaction. Stay away from this company.

Wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone. They break down very easily and are made with cheap materials. Mine grew massive holes in the bottom, and flux refused to replace them. "Normal wear and tear" is what they said. This company used to be good and would replace when things like this happened, but they've changed a lot. Definitely would NOT recommend buying from them.

I'm trying to complete a return with this company and they're giving me the complete run around (no pun intended). I have a suspicion it's because I'm close to their '30 day' window. FYI the return window is THIRTY DAYS from your purchase date - even if it takes them a week + to get you the product.

Their return site isn't work - I reached out to them to let them know and they sent me a link to the same site I was telling them was down.

I had to start the whole conversation over again and this time they want pics of every angle of the shoes - I've sent them and now I hear nothing again.

Just don't - the shoes aren't that good and they're def not worth $100+ dollars.

For me - they were very painful to run in - first the literal bottoms of my feet hurt then my ankles and knees followed shortly. I run about 20 miles a week and rarely have this type of discomfort. They're obviously not for me. I did only test them out for about 15 minutes on my tread .... about a mile of running and a bit of walking for warm up then stopping.

Now I'm trying to return the shoes and they're making the processes as difficult as possible. I do plan on contacting my card holder here shortly and filing a complaint and charge back with them if it's not resolved within 24 hours.

I am very disappointed. The toe box is definitely not wide. I spoke with them about sizing, and the shoe is too tight all around. The return cost $13. This was not mentioned during the purchase. A company that sells an item that is sized and doesn't offer at least one free return doesn't have confidence in its product. Don't buy them since they don't stand behind their expensive shoes. Delivery is also slow.

Shoes are not durable and after a few weeks, they seem to be very cheap quality. I received a $26 visa gift card (not physical card) weeks after purchase, which is challenging to use and expires sooner than originally promised. It's inevitable that I'll leave money on the card to never be used because it can't be used with another card to purchase something costing more than $26. Feels like a scam in every way

They feel terrible. If you wear them more than 30 days, your feet will hurt. This will occur right after the return window.

Shoes are very narrow for a supposedly wide toe box shoe. My Vans are wider. The quality of the shoes is extremely low, they look like they are worth about $20. They say they accept returns but when I tried to return my product they only offered store credit. Customer service is poor. Do not bother with this company. Go to a real shoe store.

In my opinion they are the best looking wide tow box shoe on the market. It goes downhill from here however...Shoes are very narrow and extremely tight around the ankles and they're barely a wide tow box shoe...My guess is because they are unisex shoes and woman typically have more narrow feet and slimmer ankles (maybe?). Then there is the hassle to get returned...it's quite a process, where you actually can't wear the shoes (in fine print) and then you must take 4 pictures of every side including the bottoms and then submit them to the commandant for their white glove inspection and then they will decide if your return is worthy and then if worthy they charge you $13.00 freight. So customer service for an online retailer is a bit over the top ridiculous, especially for such a niche company.

I ordered the product and thought I would have a confirmation view before I clicked buy. The website was confusing and I selected the product initially, not the size and was told my purchase was complete. ( my bad I know)
I then immediately knew the wrong size was selected on the product and according to the website, if I sent a message within 30 min of purchase it could be updated. I sent an email within 2 min. It took 2 DAYS for the team to respond. They said sorry there was nothing they could do. EVEN though the policy said to contact them within that time frame it could be adjusted. The response was just get the wrong product and then exchange it.

Wasnt happy with the whole process- BUT the shoe finally came and I am thrilled with them. So comfortable...I will probably buy another pair - I will just make sure everything is correct the first time :)

Was really hoping to enjoy trying Flux footwear product for the first time, but received a defective product which caused a foot injury. As other reviews have mentioned, Flux has been known to send defective products with a "final sales/no returns" policy without a disclaimer. Customer service and product liability terms and conditions state that product purchasers must waive all rights to small claims court. I'm concerned about the false marketing practices of this brand and feel frustrated by the questionable business practices which have resulted in a pretty severe foot injury

Quality of shoe is fantastic, and the customer service has been even better, I had a small little part of the shoe sole start to detach. It was barely detached but I didn't want it to continue after only 3 months.. I emailed their warranty department and boom received a email back within a day or 2. They had already generated an order number for a brand new pair! I received them a few days later and did not have to bother to return the defective ones. So..Great shoes, great service! All I want from Flux is a new version that has a bit more cushion and certified anti slip for a 10 hour shift behind the bar!

Same deal as others. Ordered on line and bought 2 pairs of shoes. Both pairs were 1/2 size small. I went to their site tried to do an exchange for a bigger size and they didn’t have either one of them in stock. I decided to exchange 1 pair even though it was going to mean 11 to a 12. Went to do a return they want $13. It is not my issue that they can’t fill an order. Give me my money back

Company keeps your sales tax on returns plus charges $13 to ship back and they charge 3 to insurance shipping in the first place. So you will be down over $25 on your original price if the product doesn't work out.
