I was reluctant because of how thin they look but they are absolutely light-weight & extremely comfortable. Great support when working out and running. Such a vibrant color, I get compliments everywhere I go. If you’re looking for a good pair of running shoes Flux is the way to go.

Bought a pair in black for me and went with the site’s advice and bought a half size up. I walked around the living room for a couple evenings and then took the dog on a mile walk. Half way in my heals were hamburger… blisters you wouldn’t believe. I had to push the heels in and wear them like slider on shoes. I could only even do that for another quarter of the way and literally walked a quarter of a mile without shoes. I emailed the company with pictures of my blisters and they gave me a voucher to buy a new pair and then manslpained how to break shoes in. I’m 47 years old, I have had uncomfortable designer shoes that cost more than my first car, Walmart shoes, and everything in between… and I have never had a pair of shoes hurt me like these did. I also thought the breaking in part was hilarious as I also bought a pair for my daughter who did break them in just as he said… and when they still didn’t fit (again followed the ordering up a half size) they wouldn’t exchanged because the wearing inside still made too used. Anyway, it’s been 2 weeks of slides and sandals for me, and I am hoping the new size works… otherwise I’m out $160 on top of having to buy my daughter actual running shoes as hers (in pink) won’t work for running (though she said with thicker socks she should be able to wear as cute, casual shoes). There are better shoes and better companies out there. Also, I gave this review on their site and it hasn’t been posted… so I don’t know if they are censoring reviews or not.

Don't fall for their marketing. Garbage shoes.

They have a warranty that does not put customers first. I had purchased 2 pairs. The shoes were ok, but the laces were defective. They told me to buy more laces. It mat seem trivial, but the glue on the laces caused issues. Sending a new pair of laces was all I asked they had me follow a ridiculous procedure and then denied. Customer service matters. Other brands take care of the customer, try someone else.

Husband purchased a pair of Flux shoes for me as a gift- paid $164 total. I looked at them- didn't even take them out of the box (they looked like clown shoes). I asked him to return them. For returns, he was asked to upload a bunch of photos of the shoes for them to "review for return eligibility". After completing the form & photos, he received an email that they would review the request & send another email after they reviewed the pictures. Four days later, still no emails from Flux. We pulled up the original email (from when he submitted photos) and clicked on the "see details" button. That took him to their website which had an link to a shipping label- charging us $12 to send back! It's clear this company makes it purposely difficult to return products so that they don't have to refund you. Shoes were ugly, seemed very cheaply made and definitely not worth $150- then the nerve to charge us for shipping both ways! Avoid Flux.

I returned a pair of shoes that didn't fit. The return process was cumbersome -- the app they asked me to use didn't ever upload pictures appropriately so I had to send photos to customer service and eventually was able to return. I was allegedly given a gift card in exchange but despite many emails back and forth, they STILL have not sent me a usable code -- just many requests that I "check my junk and promotions boxes" and many emails that say my card is on the way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

This shoe company claims to provide more room in the toe box, but they definitely do not. I spent way too much money and wished I’d Have checked the reviewed prior because they are NOT worth the hype or the cost. My Brooks Glycerine and a pair I purchased on Amazon for 29.99 with a wider toe box are much more comfortable. If you have a bunion or bunions, do not count on these for relief. I’ve given them over 100k steps to allow time to adapt to my feet and they neither do that nor do they provide comfort

Useless customer service. Had a question about sizing and they said "just get the size you normally wear". I mentioned that the website says they run small and they said "it depends on the shoe" ? Hard Pass on this company.

Return policy is impossible. One can only return shoes if you try them on with socks and on carpet. It is difficult to know if they fit comfortably if you walk on tile or any other hard surface in your house - which you cannot do. Very disappointed that I spent $140+ for shoes that feel like wood on the soles if you wear them around for more than 5 minutes

Bought shoes in November. It is the end of February. Never got the rebate email. Sent customer service three separate emails asking what is going on. Same canned response from "same" customer service person. Never again. Customer service doesn't exist at this company

I have worn Xero brand shoes for 4 years so I am very familiar with wide toe boxes and zero drop. I decided to order Flux after being bombarded for over a year with advertisements. I trusted Flux's recommendation to order 1/2 size larger. The shoes arrived 8 days after they were ordered. I was busy assuming I had 30-days from receipt. The shoes are too big by the 1/2 size that was recommended, BUT Flux only gives you 30-days from order, not receipt for returns or exchanges, essentially 22 days for me, so I missed the exchange deadline. Now I am stuck with a useless pair of shoes which may be great, but which are too big to wear. DON'T ORDER 1/2 LARGER AND IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE TO RETURN THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDERING, NOT RECEIVING THEM. HOW DOES AN 100% ONLINE SHOE COMPANY ONLY HAVE A ESSENTIALLY A 21-DAY RETURN POLICY?!!

Shoes were two small - I ordered a men’s 9 - I was able to make an exchange for a 10 via email communication. They emailed me a return label for USPS.

The 10 fits great and is very comfortable. I like these shoes, will likely get more.

The worst return policy! I bought a pair online that did not fit; after many emails and photos they finally approved the return and sent a return label. It shouldn't be that difficult to return. I will not purchase from Flux because of this .
I also had to pay shipping to return.

These people are not only horrible human beings they are incompetent. I returned a pair of unused shoes, oh and they make you take pictures of the front and back. So when they get the returns back they don’t issue a refund they send you some excuse to not give you a refund, Buyer Beware they SUCK. Shoes are not supportive at all either.

The company explicitly warns customers to order shoes effectively a size larger than normal, which already increases the likelihood of returns. Despite this, returns are met with a long, multi-step process requiring numerous confirmations, mandatory photo uploads from multiple angles, and strict timelines — all before even receiving a return label.

Refunds incur a $13 fee per sneaker, not per order, which becomes especially unreasonable when returning multiple pairs due to sizing guidance they themselves provide.

Despite the company’s claims about comfort and helping customers find the perfect fit, none of the shoes fit well. I ordered multiple sizes for both myself and my sister as Christmas gifts, and all of them felt awkward and lacked proper support.

While the product itself may appeal to some, the combination of misleading sizing guidance, uncomfortable fit, and a punitive return process is enough to ensure I would not purchase from this company again.

This place has the worst customer service. I emailed them 3 times. The agent tells me my return was received and they are processing. That is total garbage. The shoes remain in my home ready to be sent back. Way too small. Look nice but wrong sizing even after I went up a size. There seem to be good reviews but this place is terrible.

Shoes were heavy and rigid - not really athletic performance shoes at all. Gave them to Goodwill after 3 days after getting a sore on my heel. Got suckered in to the cash back program. Had to email them to get the cash back, then the amount $40 didn't cover a $35.00 hat - there was $11.49 in shipping fees (absurd). Never again.

The shoes cause blisters. Tried to return but on Sept 7 which is the last day for a return and it still wouldn't let me return. I have not been able to wear them since the second time due to heel blisters. I even have pictures of the blisters. I bought the right size but they are so uncomfortable . Do not buy!!! So expensive and not worth it.

I have 13 pairs & counting. These are hands down the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned.

i bought 2 pairs of shoes from them only because their shoes fit my feet and i have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit. The first pair completely fell apart after only wearing them for a couple of months, the whole bottom of the shoe is almost completely detached, and i was told by the company " that is normal wear and tare"- they are $160 shoes, thats insane. Then i bought a second pair and wore them and they were supposed to be water resistant. I walked on wet grass and my feet were soaked. So i tried to return them and they refused even though they are still like new. This company is terrible and their shoe quality is horrible.
