Bought a £38 toy only for my dog to destroy it within less than 30 minutes of having it they say email back if you’re not happy with the product which I have done so and heard nothing from them. They’re happy to take your money immediately but don’t talk to you thereafter not very good customer services and would never recommend them bought a similar to from Temu at least it lasted a few weeks but was only a few quid. .

I received my dog bed and it was awful. I returned it and a photo showed it being received. Eventually refunded after raising a complaint through PayPal. Suzanne promised to refund postage but 4 weeks on and no money. No replies now. Sad that the company is not successful. Still hopeful. 🤣😂🤣

It is exactly what I wanted

This makes a lot of difference to two three legged dogs in the back of the car....they are now comfortable and stable instead of sliding around and getting anxious

I cannot recommend. Not received my order and no reply to my emails. Have opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Don’t go near this company! Dreadful material, cheap and nothing like it is in the pictures. I tried to return as the bed part is far too narrow for my dog. Cost me a further £11 to return. They claimed it was used as they took photos with a few hairs on the underside of the bed. It was NOT used! I sent it back immediately- now I’m out to the tune of almost £100. Total waste of money

Brilliant product good price and fast delivery

Unfortunately this product is poorly manufactured, not very robust or tough. Two of the zips came apart whilst installing. The zips and material are very weak and not fit for purpose. I certainly wouldn’t recommend.

Have not yet received 11 days after ordering

The dog car bed wasn't up to my expectations. The straps are flimsy, bed itself isn't very sturdy. The cushion moves around, no anti slip at all. The size said large but will only fit one of my cocker spaniels not both as expected. Would I recommend, no

Ordered the Travel Safety Dog Car Seat Bed. Quick Delivery. Bed is not what l expected. Not at all what looks like in pictures. Information on label on packaging of the bed is written in Chinese. Quality & finish is very poor. Material is cheap & hardly any stuffing. Very disappointed. Waste of money & wish l hadn’t bothered purchasing. Don’t recommend!

Really pleased

One item delivered in good time but two further weeks to receive the second item, a dig bed. I bought a medium dog size for my cocker spaniel, when it arrived, my medium car could not fit into it and my poor dog thought I had bought him a lovely new toy. It was a forty pound bed, chewed up in five minutes by a dog who never chews what he shouldn't so he clearly genuinely believed it to be a toy and I don't blame him. Poorest quality dog item ever purchased and I fell thoroughly duped!

Quality is terrible, split on first outing.
