Today I witnessed some of the most dangerous driving I’ve ever seen from a driver at this company (MJ22 OCP) in central London. Driving on the opposite side of the road doing double the speed limit past a school. There were so many close calls, I thought he might have had an emergency, but instead I saw him parked on the pavement further down the road outside a block of flats, sitting in the van on his phone. Extremely lucky he didn’t kill anyone. Footage will be sent to the police. I can see this isn’t the first time someone has reported it. The driver is a liability.

I contacted Flowrite Services to report extremely dangerous driving by one of their staff members on the A2 motorway and received no response, which is very disappointing.

The company vehicle (registration MJ22) was being driven in an erratic and reckless manner, repeatedly swerving across multiple lanes and putting other road users at risk. The situation escalated when the driver appeared to target another motorist, slowing traffic and attempting to force them to pull over for a confrontation, despite the other driver clearly trying to avoid the situation.

This behaviour was intimidating, dangerous, and completely unacceptable for someone representing a company on the road.

I also have dashcam footage of the incident and will be reporting the matter to the police with the evidence.

I expected a company to take a report like this seriously, but the lack of any response speaks volumes.

I was really impressed with this company. While they are clearly popular and therefore busy, Robert's replies to my initial enquiries by text were prompt and polite and reassuring. Since then I have had two visits from Charlie who is the youngest member of the team and the best plumber I’ve ever met. He’s an incredible hard worker, will not stop even for a glass of water. And he’s also really knowledgeable and has a lovely presence – my cat who normally runs away to hide from strangers was very relaxed during his visit. Charlie sorted all my problems with radiators, boiler and toilets and gave great advice. He’s so clean and tidy too. When he finished the job he asked me to check everything was okay and I said it looked good. He replied that good wasn’t good enough only perfect would do. And went back into the bathroom to give it another clean – the dream plumber!

Flowrite’s service was good from start to finish. They and very professional. Highly recommend.

Really fantastic service from Lee and the team, they’ve been helping me ever since I bought the house both repairing things I inherited (including the upstairs shower leaking into the dining room!) and installing newer equipment. They’re always available to help and provide fantastic service every single time. I’ve never used anyone else since I got the house. Couldn’t recommend enough.
