I placed the order and then found out I did not need what I ordered. A friend unknown to me already purchased one for me. They immediately assured me and cancelled the order. Very happy with this company and will be shopping there in the future!

I tried to return this product because it does not work at all for my type of hair. I find out after about 6 emails telling me to video how I am using the product (I refused to do so) that returning it it goes to China. That was not stated on website. I have to pay fees to China? That is expensive and time consuming. The card enclosed with product says "Satisfaction guaranteed". I am not satisfied. I finally was offered to keep the product and get 30% refund ($17.70). Now I have a product I paid $42 for and cannot use. My recommendation is to not buy from this company.

This cordless brush does not work! The Go Pro brush does not get hot enough to have any effect on your hair. I was very disappointed

I was dealing with Brooke Jordan who was absolutely amazing and so understanding and helpful. This company really does have excellent customer care and will happily use them again.

i made a mistake on my order by accidently ordering 2 fast charging power cords. I sent a message on the website an Darwin was quick to respond and cancel the second power cord.

Have had this a few months but only used it a handful of times and it now will not charge or heat up. Should have followed my instinct that if it’s cheap it is exactly that. Useless.

Though the brush wasn’t for me, I was refunded to my satisfaction and working with customer service was a smooth interaction.

dishonest return policy. dont buy from this company, or under their new name of FLOWN. after 2 months of email arguments, I was offered 30% refund (instead of the 100% refund/satisfaction policy stated), OR I could pay international return shipping to China. the customer is not made aware of this at time of purchase.

Stopped working the third time i tried to use it. Started and heated up, then fied as soon as I picked it up to my hair. Will not restart at all. Tried, no go. Waited, tried no go. Charged, tried, no go. Waited again, tried, no go. Was hoping to use this on a vacation, but it is worthless. Cannot recommend.

If I could give Flown/Numoya a negative star I would. Their customer service is terrible, the phone number has been disconnected or changed. The emails that they do respond I can’t reply to because their “mailbox is full”. No way to get in touch with them.
I bought a GoBrush Pro, waited forever for it to arrive only to find out it wouldn’t take a charge. Was told they would send me a new one and have not received it. Now it is past the return time, I’m at a loss as to what to do next!

I needed to cancel my order and Darwin was excellent. Very prompt in the processing and advising it had been processed.

Honest customer service

My original brush came after weeks of waiting. When it finally did, it would not charge. Contacted customer support & the first representative had no idea how to help. He closed out my complaint. Contacted again & got numerous apologies from Erica promising to expedite a replacement but I’m still waiting. It’s been over Two months & their fullfillment center has yet to process the order. Does this have something to do with the company name changing from Numoya to Flown & there is a problem with the internal structure of the company? All I want is my replacement that works. Is that too much to ask for???

Aaron and other reps were very professional to work with. It’s my fault that I didnt read about where the product was shipped from. I had hoped it would work for my hair but unfortunately it didn’t. Now I have to find someone to give it to. Thanks.

Erica, the Flownbeauty representative, was extremely helpful in explaining how best to use my new blow dryer and curling brush. Her tips taught me how best to style my hair, straightening it without damaging or losing my natural curls! Products are a joke. Portable brush is ridiculous and I actually liked the hair dryer until a couple months in it completely quit working and won't even turn on. Don't waste your money!!!!!

Quick response to request. Darwin explained the cancelation policy and was very helpful.
