I would suggest not buying anything from this company. Even though they say you can get a refund, you can not because they do not have a warehouse in the USA. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the company.

Olivia was very understanding. She gave me options for the refund of the product I was not pleased with. The bristles were hard and it did not heat up as it said it would. It was not a good fit for my hair and scalp. I chose to keep it and get 30% back of the cost. That works best for me. Olivia was very professional and kind. Thank you, Beth Chittenden 😊
Impressed with your customer service
I am very impressed with your customer service, thank you Ella. Very responsive and quick to correct a cable issue and come up with a solution agreeable to all. I am enjoying my Go Brush too, I am happy with my purchase.
Update: As an added note I see a few complaints about the product not charging - that was my issue but we worked through some possible fixes and they suggested I try a different cable and it was a cable fault not a brush fault so if you are having problems trying switching out the cable.

I am NOT giving the product 5 stars as the GoBrush PRO really did not work for me, I was hoping I would be able to take this on holiday instead of my straighteners, but my hair was not straightened and was frizzy after 5 minutes. I do however want to thank the two members of the Customer Support Team, Aaron and particularly Carol, who dealt promptly with my complaint and offered me cash back rather than a return. Due to these team members I have awarded the company 4 stars.

Had a few anxious moments concerning delivery but Lester Wise was very quick to respond to my email, helpful and quite correct with his reply. A happy outcome.
Great customer service!
I contacted Flown after a package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it. Carol got back to me almost immediately and we began the search for the missing package. Not sure how it happened, but the package was suddenly delivered. I let Carol know and she has communicated with me a couple of times to make sure I’m completely satisfied with everything. If there were a 10 star rating available, I would gladly choose that for the great customer service Carol provided to me! Kudos Carol!
