Unscrupulous Price Change Policy
I signed up for a six month subscription at a price they quoted me. I made three months’ of payments and received three months’ of flowers, then they sent me a message that told me they were raising the rate for the remainder of my subscription. I technically had the option to cancel the rest of the shipments, but I had already given my wife the present of a six month flower subscription, so cancelling would have taken half of the already-promised present away. This company should never have sold a six month subscription of flower deliveries if they weren’t going to honor the price they promised at the outset. Very unscrupulous business practice.

We are looking into this with our courier partner as this is not acceptable and so far I can see delivery address appears to be new build and isn't showing on driver's sat nav hence earlier issues, but our team has organised fresh bunch of flowers to attempt delivery again and after some research one of our senior drivers delivered successfully earlier today.

Your description of the item purchased on your website is misleading. My daughter also encountered the same issue. It leads consumers to think that the price paid for includes the flower vase.
