Ordered 20 long stemmed white roses
Ordered 20 long stemmed white roses, but 20 medium length ones turned up. I've been a customer since they started, and all the roses over the past decade or so have been incredibly long. Now they're the same size as M&S ones - just £44 more expensive.
This is supposed to be premium brand, but like too many other brands like this they seem more concerned with their cashflow. Fwiw, I don't mind paying for quality, it's just that the quality bit seems to have gone out the window.

We are terribly sorry you weren't happy with your roses, please be assured that we work with the same trusted supplier and always buy the same quality and length stems. We would typically trim roses shorter if customer chose vase set with smaller vase- this is make sure stems are displayed beautifully as arrangement made by our florist, but all wrapped roses should be approximately 60cm. We do offer more affordable petite roses that are shorter and size of each colour/variety is always shown on product page.
Unfortunately I am not able to look into your account to see what product you ordered and if it was arranged in vase, but please do email our customer service team at contact@flowerbx.com with some photos and we will investigate this further.

The best floral service in the U.K. and beyond
When my daughter was born 4 years ago my friend bought me some flowerbx flowers - they were by far the most beautiful floral gift I had received. From the packaging to the flowers themselves, I was so impressed. It’s by far the most beautiful and elevated floral service we have in the U.K. (and the US)! Not only do these flowers look good - these flowers actually last!! I now use their service to send flowers and everyone who receives is so impressed!

The flowers didn't last
I signed up for a subscription and recently received hydrangeas which looked amazing on delivery. Unfortunately, they began to wilt on the second day and basically lasted for only two days, even though I followed the attached instructions. It is such a shame because my first delivery was great - the roses lasted for more than a week - and I was expecting the hydrangeas to be the same quality..

As weather is bit warmer now, hydrangeas are slightly temperamental variety and even though each stem undergoes thorough quality control before leaving our studio, on occasion they will degrade within short period of time. Best quality flowers, delivered on time at a reasonable time. Consistent over many deliveries the last few years.
There has only been one glitch, and that was a substitution because the requested flowers were not available in a suitable quality, so Flowerbx chose another. When I asked about it, they offered a free bunch of flowers in addition to the substituted ones. Customer service were excellent to deal with.

The flowers don’t last
The flowers don’t last. Really poor, probably the worst I’ve ever bought. Hydrangeas lasted max 3 days. Sunflowers sent as compensation arrived droopy and only drooped further.

Upon looking into your last order I can see that one of our customer service members did offer you fresh replacement initially however as refund via paypal was processed in the meantime, we are not able to process both replacement flowers and full refund at the same time.

The flowers were too old, The staff were sooo rude, the delivery was late after my order being cancelled and I don’t know why, there is no customer service telephone number, no one answers? I can't say enough good things about Flowerbx! Their service is simply outstanding, easily the best flower delivery company I have used. Not only did they deliver the most gorgeous bouquets of flowers right on time, but the selection they offer is incredible.
