Only order flowers if you don’t want them shipped on time and want them to die within days
ordered my mom flowers for her birthday as my family and I live out of town. I had tried a few sites and none had delivery on her birthday. Thankfully florist.ca did. However, the morning of her Sunday birthday I get an email saying the delivery address is outside of the regular delivery area and they won’t be delivered until Tuesday. Which, is obviously passed her birthday. They also said I would receive a complimentary upgrade, but I had already ordered the highest version with a balloon.
My mom was so disappointed and when the flowers did arrive there was definitely no upgrade and less than five days later, they are almost all dead. When I reached out following the reliever date confusion I asked them why that day would have been available on the site, if I have to enter the address before ordering. I asked for at least my shipping to be credited back and stated I would never order there again… their response, two days later was to offer me a partial credit for a future order. Nope… not happening. I responded asking for a full or partial refund for my order and have no response to those subsequent emails.
Customer service isn’t a thing for this company. Which, by the way, is apparently connected to bloomed according to emails received regarding the order.
Find any site other than bloomex or florist.ca if you want flowers delivered on time and healthy.

When I asked for a refund, they GHOSTED ME and stopped responding entirely.
This company took my money, didn’t deliver the product, and then ignored every attempt to resolve it. Completely unacceptable!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing flowers through this service. After my purchase when I had time I saw a lot of negative feedback and now I know why. My father had just passed away and I wanted to show my wife my appreciation for everything she was doing for me and my family through this tough time. I obviously didn't have time to get to a flower shop so I figured I would give florist.ca a try. The bouquet that I saw online looked absolutely perfect. I knew my wife would love it so I went ahead and ordered it. When it arrived and I started to remove it from the box I was immediately disappointed. It looked nothing like what I had ordered. Everything that was appealing to me that made me think my wife would love it was missing. I ended up with a tiny carnation, 3 daisy's and a bunch of snap dragons. I could have easily paid $20-$30 for this at a local grocery store not $105 that I paid through this service. My order originally was to be placed in a mug which I didn't want for my wife so I also ordered a vase. Guess what? Not only were the flowers wrong but the mug wasn't the same and the vase wasn't the same either. There was nothing about what I received that was in the image that they advertised. So I emailed them and they said that according to their website they can replace whatever flowers if they don't have a certain flower in stock for equal or an upgraded value. They also said they would give me in store credit. Not online credit "in store credit". I emailed back saying I can certainly understand having to replace flowers that are out of stock but what I received was in no way an upgrade in fact it was the exact opposite of an upgrade. The closest store to me is 2 hours away. I would probably spend $200 or more in gas to get there just for "in store credit". I didn't receive any responses from them after that letting me know that they had totally written me off. Complain all you want this site does not care about their customers. Your money is all that matters to them. This is a terrible thing to do to someone during a traumatic time in their life. This is false advertising. This is misleading. They take advantage of people that are obviously making purchases for emotional reasons. They know they don't have to deal with people face to face so they can do whatever they want. Human compassion doesn't exist in an electronic age..........Buyer beware

I really try not to write any negative reviews, I would rather not write one than something negative but for these people, I cannot help myself. They ruined my Wife's birthday surprise. She likes flowers on any occasion and I always keep it a surprise. They were supposed to deliver by 12:30 pm but the day went by driver didn’t show up, the whole birthday was ruined. Made other plans, couldn’t go anywhere. A complete disaster.
Called them twice, and both drivers have car issues. Completely fabricated.
Please stay away from them, never order from them. Honestly, nothing to say. SCAMMERS.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I placed an order for flowers for my sister’s 50th birthday and selected a specific delivery date. I contacted customer service immediately after ordering to confirm the date but received no reply. Instead, I was only notified of a change of delivery date on the very day the flowers were supposed to arrive.
By that point, my sister had already left the Airbnb, so the order became completely pointless. When I raised this, the company offered an “upgrade” to the bouquet - entirely missing the point that the intended recipient wouldn’t even be there to receive it.
I requested a refund, but I’ve had no meaningful acknowledgement. The only updates I’ve received since are automated and confusing: first a status change to “paid” (despite having paid on 30 March), and then another email simply saying “order status update: updated”, which clarifies nothing at all.
I’m now left out of pocket, with no flowers delivered to the person they were intended for, and no proper response from the company. Sadly, my experience aligns with the many low reviews I’ve since seen. I would not recommend.
Don't bother - not professional
I ordered blush and berry bouquet for my mother's Birthday and she received a sad bouquet with absolutely none of the flower types ordered. So unprofessional! The delivery person was impossible to understand as he did not speak any of the languages my mother speaks (french and english). They did delivered some flowers on the date they were supposed to delivered so that a positive I guess. Will request a refund and give them the chance to amend but I do not have high hope of success.
Do not order from this company
I ordered flowers at 10am to be delivered the same day at extra cost. Also provided the address and postal code prior before I could proceed with the order. At 2pm that afternoon, they sent an email saying the postal code was out of their delivery range, and the flowers wouldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday.
I immediately canceled the order and they tried to give me a hard time getting my money back. They were only going to offer a credit.
Do not use this company what so ever. You will not be happy!

I cant give 0 stars! I should have read reviews! What a terrible company! The easter flowers did not arrive for easter but on tuesday. And to make things worse our family had to pick them up at the courier facility. Oh my! That defeats the purpose in sending flowers to others in the first place! Im so so disappointed. While reading the comments I have no hope that the flowers are not dead and ugly at all if they where send without a vase and water.
I want my money back!!!
Be Aware
I ordered the Supersize “Blush & Berry Bouquet” from Florist.ca for delivery in Canada.
The arrangement advertised on the website is a large, full bouquet, which is why I selected and paid for the Supersize option. Unfortunately, the bouquet that was delivered looked significantly smaller and much less full than the arrangement shown online.
The bouquet delivered contained far fewer main flowers and noticeably more greenery, resulting in a sparse arrangement that visually resembled a standard bouquet rather than the Supersize option purchased.
I contacted customer service and sent photos comparing the bouquet delivered with the one advertised. Their response referred to natural variations in flowers and offered store credit. As I live in the UK and the delivery was in Canada, this is not a practical solution.
I replied explaining that the concern was not minor variation in flowers but the clear difference in size and fullness of the bouquet. I asked for a simple resolution: that the Supersize bouquet originally purchased be delivered.
After this message, I received no further response.
Customers ordering from outside Canada should be aware that if the delivered arrangement does not correspond to the size advertised, resolving the issue may be difficult. I hope the company reviews its quality control and customer service procedures so that customers receive the product they paid for.

Horrible company to deal with. Change my delivery date 3 times. Canceling and refund took over 3 weeks. Very though to communicate with. Be sure to read the reviews first.
DONT ORDER
I ordered flowers two weeks in advance for an anniversary and selected a specific delivery date (Sunday), which the website allowed me to choose without any warning or restriction.
Three days before the delivery, I received an email stating that they had changed the delivery date without my consent. At no point during checkout did it indicate that delivery to this address on that date was not possible.
I immediately requested to cancel the order since they could not fulfill the service as agreed. Instead of issuing a refund, they only offered store credit, which I did not accept. I am still trying to resolve this with them, but communication has been slow and unhelpful.
At this point, I am preparing to proceed with a chargeback through my bank.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on the lack of transparency, failure to honor the selected delivery date, and poor customer service.
The flower bouquet did not match the image at all
The flower bouquet did not look like the "supersized" one I ordered online. Contacted Florist.ca to give them a chance to rectify the situation but was assured the bouquet met their standards and perhaps the issue was the angle of the photograph. It was not the angle. There were significantly fewer blooms and the foliage they chose did not look like the photo nor did it suit the bouquet. I won't order from them again.

I went out of my way to confirm before ordering that this company could deliver to a rural address. Their agent explicitly told me yes. Based on that assurance, I placed an order for next-day delivery.
Instead, the flowers were never delivered. They were sent to a courier facility for pickup five business days later — something that was never disclosed and completely contradicts what I was told prior to purchase. That is blatant misinformation and, frankly, misleading business practice.
When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful. No explanation, no accountability, and no attempt to fix the situation — just “we don’t know” and “nothing we can do.” That is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, these flowers were for a close family member battling stage 4 cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. This was meant to bring them comfort during an incredibly difficult time. Instead, this company added stress and disappointment, showing a complete lack of empathy.
They refused to issue a refund and instead offered store credit — which is useless, because they are now saying they cannot deliver to the same address they already confirmed. So I am out money, with nothing to show for it.
And let’s be clear — these are fresh flowers. After sitting at a facility for five business days, they will be wilted and essentially garbage, even if someone were somehow able to pick them up. The entire order is a complete waste.
This company provides misleading information, takes no responsibility for their mistakes, and offers no meaningful resolution when things go wrong.
Avoid this business.

We called and emailed them they implyed our computer monitor and camera were not effective. They have denied any sort of refund. Wheb we look online this is their businesses model and have changed the company name mostl likely to get away from bad reviews.

This company has the worst customer service
This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paid and then cancelled an order becuase they advertised next day, and could not honour it. I spent a month trying to contact customer service, multiple calls where I was told it was cancelled. Never had a reply or a cancellation or refund. Lefts emails, no reply. Very poor service and responses. Horrible experience with this company.
