Gabriela, entendemos completamente lo frustrante que puede ser cuando un vuelo se reprograma a último momento. Sabemos que esas situaciones generan estrés.
En tu caso, recibimos el aviso aproximadamente una hora antes del servicio, cuando el conductor ya estaba en camino y el traslado se encontraba activo.
Nuestra política de cancelación de 24 horas no busca afectar al cliente, sino garantizar que cada reserva tenga un vehículo y conductor asignado exclusivamente, bloqueando disponibilidad para otros pasajeros.
Cuando una cancelación o modificación ocurre con tan poco tiempo, el servicio ya está comprometido y no puede ser reasignado.
En Florida Transfers USA trabajamos con planificación, puntualidad y responsabilidad. Siempre invitamos a nuestros clientes a notificarnos cualquier cambio lo antes posible para poder ayudar dentro de nuestras posibilidades.

Transfers in Miami
Each time I travel to Miami I use Florida Transfers, as they are always punctual, accommodating and their vehicles are spacious for the amount of luggage that we carry. Karen is always really helpful when booking and they provide a very competitive price each time compared with other transfer companies.

Drivers didn't turn up - don't use
Our driver taking us to the airport did not arrived and the telephone number given to contact for any issues doesn't accept incoming calls!!!
We were left to order alternative transportation at an extra cost and having to submit a complaint to which we are still waiting to hear from.
Poor service and communication, would not recommend at all.

Driver didn't wait!
Pre-booked through Booking.com. Flight arrived on time at Miami International Airport. Received WhatsApp message from driver as soon as we got to Border Control to say they were already waiting. Replied to advise the queues were VERY long and we were very likely to be delayed (actually took a full hour to get to baggage hall due to lack of active gates).
Messaged driver again once outside terminal to advise exit door for pickup, but received reply to say we had 'exceeded wait time' and driver had left the airport without us!
Contacted driver's control who said they could arrange another pickup, but no one available immediately and we would need to pay the new driver directly. As it was now near 11pm (local time, 4am UK time) we decided to cancel the order and take a cab to our hotel.
On arrival at hotel we contacted Booking.com who agreed the driver should have waited and provided a full refund.
