Florence London UK Omdömen

Amazing customer service and beautiful jewellery.
Recently gifted a bracelet. Love it so much. I was so impressed that I have just purchased gold heart studs which are perfect.
Will definitely buy from here again.

I’ve ordered jewellery from here multiple times and been gifted jewellery from here too. I wear every piece literally every day, I don’t even take them off to shower and they don’t tarnish at all. They’re so cute and customer service is always great. My necklace broke as it caught on something and they sent me a replacement :) Always shop here for my jewellery and recommend them to all my friends.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this company (and Rosie) were so fantastic that I had to. Firstly, the jewellery is absolutely stunning. Secondly, the customer service is exceptional. The delivery came very quickly and I was not disappointed with the items I ordered. Honestly, I’m so happy I found this company and it will be the first place I think of when I need to purchase timeless jewellery. Thanks so much

I wanted a particular engraved necklace and contacted Florence London via WhatsApp to see if this was something they could do. The response to my questions were immediate and the piece of jewellery was dispatched within 24hrs of purchase. The quality of the piece is gray and the service from start to finish was amazing. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Brought the open bangle for my daughter who is over for Christmas. I engraved on the inside ‘my heart holds you when my arms cannot”.

The bangle is absolutely beautiful ♥️ she will love it and it will definitely make her cry

Prompt delivery and beautifully packaged in a little box. Will definitely order from Florence again.

I purchased a bangle as a birthday present to myself - containing my 5 years old son’s handwriting and I couldn’t be any more in love. It was made and dispatched so quickly and I feel confident in the creator, knowing should I have any problems I’m able to reach out. Thank you.

Bracelet broke within 5 wears, really unhelpful response from the store.
Store followed up review with several passive aggressive and accusatory email responses- no offer to resolve the situation, then tried to have review removed as said they thought it was for someone else- no accountability.

I received Florence bracelet for my birthday. It was amazing and really good quality. I have since ordered three for my grandchildren. Two as christening gifts the other for passing her exams. Rosie the owner was so helpful and it's excellent that you can speak on the telephone direct. This is the perfect keepsake for someone special in your life.

I have now bought 3 items from this company, and I have to say the customer service is excellent, any questions answered very quickly, the products are also excellent, so pleased to have found such a wonderful helpful online shop with high quality goods.

Received such a gorgeous Gift from this company. Can't wait to order more gifts - thank you

Slight error in my order but rectified quickly and in time for the event. Communication was quick and helpful.

I ordered a special engraved bracelet which I absolutely love love love. Fantastic customer service with Rosie too. Fast delivery and amazing product. I would 100% recommend to everyone and will be ordering again. Amazing ❤️

I found this company by chance & so glad I did!
Just received my first piece, a gold necklace with a loved ones handwriting.
Excellent, friendly customer service. Prompt despatch.
A beautiful piece for my daughters 30th in memory of her dad.
I will certainly be ordering again and recommending to my friends.
Thank you 😊

Amazing quality and very quick delivery

Absolutely beautiful bracelet in which we could have a long message engraved. (Could only get a few words with other brands) Customer service amazing - helped us to get the piece at very short notice but in time to congratulate our daughter on her GCSE results. Love it! Very impressed.

I got immediate personal advice about a purchase. When I needed to change my order both Hannah and Rosie were fantastic on amending it and I got it in time for my anniversary. I then had credit with them and they personally responded again via WhatsApp and I had my second order with no issues within three days. Great service lovely pieces my partner wears his bangle every day and still not a scratch or change in colour or quality. I got gold and enamel chain, bracelet by ring all individually packaged with a personalized card which was a nice gesture 😀

really lovely earrings, a beautiful gift! thank you

Chose a beautiful silver bangle for a close friend which I had engraved. It was absolutely perfect and my friend loves her present ! It arrived very promptly too. Will be definitely buying more jewellery from this company in future
