I Have had some wonderfully crafted , excellent pieces from Florence London , which wear well and do not tarnish.
Look as good as the day I got them 4 years on .

Lovely jewellery and so beautiful gift boxed, very personal service. I just love all the pieces I've bought for myself and as gifts. Will definitely be buying christmas gifts this year. High recommend and any questions or concerns answered speedily

What an amazing company and customer service. Such a breath of fresh air in the AI/Bots that have become so common. This company is family run, and value Thier customers.

I ordered a bangle for my daughter's 18th birthday, I chose a font which didn't come out too well on the bangle, I reached out via email, not to complain, but just to say it isn't overly clear. They wrote back, understood it was a special gift and replaced the bangle with a new clearer font. Simply amazing. I must stress, I chose the original font, it was my fault. But still Florence-London replaced it. Very rare it today's world.

Thank you so much, the replacement is lovely and I'm sure she'll love it.

I bought 2 animal print bangles and they are amazing. High quality and very well made. I would tell my family and friends about Florence London.

Lucy was such an amazing help! I originally contacted Florence London through Etsy for a personalised bracelet as a gift. The response was really quick, and even over the weekend! Lucy guided me towards the best style for the personalisation I wanted. The bracelet arrived super quick and it is just gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Gorgeous pieces and wonderful people. Thank you 🙏

This was my first time ordering from Florence and I could not be happier. With my silly baby brain I ordered the wrong colour bracelet. I rang Florence and they sent out a new one that day. The bracelet itself is gorgeous, the engraving is great and the woman I spoke to on the phone was just fabulous (I really enjoyed our chat!!). Thank you so much for helping me out and sorry again for the baby brain!

Truly amazing customer service from Molly and the most beautiful gold necklace with my late fathers handwriting engraved on the pendant. The packaging was gorgeous too and there was a hand signed thank you note from the company owner. So special :)

Thank you for my beautiful Men’s Handwriting Bracelet with the inscription on it from my late wife. This bracelet will not leave my wrist now.
Thanks again
John

Molly was so helpful, she went above & beyond. My daughters gifted me a bracelet for Christmas which I sadly lost. Not wanting to admit it, I searched the web & found Florence, London. I emailed them asking if my daughters had placed an order with themselves last year. Astoundingly I'd found the correct place. They found the order & shipped me out a exact copy as I couldn't remember which text & wording they'd used. The bracelet was delivered to me within the week!! Absolutely brilliant service, would highly recommend. Thank you once again.

I honestly can't thank Rosie enough. I contacted her with a very difficult task of taking the only writing I had of my late father that was written with chalk on a chalk board, Rosie was fantastic from start to finish, with my jewellery arriving today and I am in tears of joy with how perfect it is. I can't thank Rosie enough. The attention to details, the customer service, the product is all just fantastic, I will definitely be using you again in the future for any other projects I have.

My pendant has just arrived less than a week after ordering and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The engraving which is from a picture of my Granddaughters handwriting is perfect.
Communication was fantastic delivery Roal Mail tracking.
I would highly recommend.

Florence London is quite simply in a league of their own. They produced an exquisitely high quality and deeply meaningful bracelet for my daughter’s 18th birthday that is breathtaking, poignant and totally unique.

While we encountered a small issue at the start, the way the team resolved it was the absolute pinnacle of brilliance; their response was exemplary and beyond reproach.

The level of care, kindness and efficiency they showed me is the best I have ever experienced.

This is a truly magnificent brand that is dedicated to perfection and provides a world-class experience from start to finish.

They are, without a doubt, the gold standard of the industry and I am now a customer for life and will recommend to everyone I see!

10 stars wouldn’t be enough!

Rosie who I dealt with is really quite an exceptional human: extremely talented and creative with a fantastic business head too!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! You simply cannot be dissatisfied with what this company produces!

Excellent service I had to contact them as I made an error when booking and they sorted everything out without any issues
Received the item and I’m very pleased with it

Brilliant customer service and product. They couldn’t have been more helpful with a enquiry I had and then the whole process through to receiving the product was just first class. Can’t recommend highly enough, thank you

I received a bracelet as a gift for Christmas but the enamel came off within a short period of time. I reached out to the company and received a personal response within an hour and they were on to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Yes, there was a fault however as a customer I really appreciate the efforts to rectify the issue within a timely manner.

Great company to deal with. Had a small query, phoned up & it was resolved immediately. The bangle I bought for my Grandson,s 21st is excellent, I,m sure he will love it. Thanks very much for your excellent service.
