The service from Flooring hut was fabulous , quality and price great. I am currently housebuilding and the problems with delivery are not uncommon, not by flooring hut they delivered on time and were so efficient. Paul was lovely to deal with so would definitely recommend.

Reliable and well priced.
In a nutshell, I order my vinyl on their website, I pick the day I want it delivered and that's the day it arrives.
Communication from both Flooring hut and their couriers is excellent and their prices I find competitive.

Good company to deal with. Fast dispatch. Only one niggle they sent the wrong colour which we diddnt find out until the carpet fitter arrived but we accepted it.

Engineered wooden floor…
Ordered our engineered wooden floor with Flooring Hut, when my local shop couldn't get. The company responded fast to our one enquiry and the boards came quickly and well packed. It was put down this week and looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again

Driver extremely helpful, only suggestion I have would be more communication , as once ordered no further communication, I had to ring to confirm my delivery was on the transport for that day, on the day.
Great value on my choice of carpet.

I had a great experience with Flooring Hut. They were easily contactable and very efficient with their delivery. I ordered the Abingdon Rustique Ultra Sandstone carpet, and although there was an initial issue, Flooring Hut quickly took ownership of the situation. They communicated directly with the manufacturer and arranged a replacement in good time. I’m very happy with the quality of the carpet – it looks and feels excellent. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service make them highly recommended.

The tiles were just as ordered and arrived on the agreed date. The tiles were well packed and the delivery driver delivered them to the door. They are heavy so this was really helpful. I would recommend this firm for what they delivered to me

When I went to buy the kitchen vinyl I had previously bought I found the company had stopped selling it. After a search I found at the Flooring Hut and it was cheaper! It arrived a day and a half later which was brilliant as well. Really pleased.

Such a helpful company - bought the wrong flooring stupidly (my fault) and they replied immediately advising how to return. Even after buying the right flooring, Flooring Hut were slightly cheaper than the next price I got. Highly recommend.
