Great service from these guys for my oak flooring. Went out of there way to track down some extra I needed to add a few months later too. Very lucky as it had been discontinued. Pleasure to deal with people who still care . Cheers Mr Smith

Excellent service and communication
Easy ordering. Price was fairly reasonable.
Excellent communication about delivery date. When this was changed by a day we were informed straight away.
In the end the Karndean was delivered on the original date just after we had gone out and put in our safe place. Good company to deal with, no problems at all.

Friendly service but expensive returns
Good customer service and competitive prices, but be aware that if you need to return any Forbo flooring you have to do so at your own cost and it's rather expensive!

I have just finished installing Polyflor Camaro Loc Classic Yorkstone in a small utility room and one box was just enough. Flooring Hut had the best price I could find and fast delivery. The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the end result.

First class service
I originally ordered the wrong product and realised after the delivery date was decided. A quick phone call to Flooring Hut and the mistake was rectified immediately and the correct product ordered. Delivery followed a mere 2 days later.

Outstanding customer service
This company answered the phone, knew about their products and had the best price for the type of flooring I wanted. They also massively helped me out when I needed a small amount of the same flooring at very short notice, took my order quickly and arranged for me to collect from a local distribution centre. At a time when customer service is a dying art and things that are supposed to be easy never are The Flooring Hut stands out as the exception. Thank you!
