After experiencing a terrible water leak in our home we were advised to install a leak detection system. After researching the various options we selected Flo Logic and that was the best move we could have made! The team of professionals at Flo Logic have consistently been there for us to answer questions or concerns we have about the product, alarms that were activated, etc., and every time they were so professional and knowledgeable and put our concerns to rest. I upgraded from one of the original systems from over 20 years ago, I was an early adapter and their service was great and is still great. I compared this to other devices on the market and none meet their high standards. The product is robust and dependable.
This is a necessity for my house, on grade slab with a water shut off below grade, under a floor board, under a heavy washing Machine and inaccessible. I found this out when I had a pipe break and could not access the shut off and had to call the fire dept. After much water damage, I resolved to find a solution and came across a review of a new product: FloLogic, reviewed in a Popular Science Magazine. I have been a huge fan ever since. Whenever I needed support, which is infrequent, they are there to assist and address any problems.

Great product and very good customer service. I was able to call and get all my questions answered. I have talked with several of the people in customer service. And each time they made sure I understood everything and that i didn’t have any other issues before the called ended.

I was considering buying a Flologic device and called in to ask some questions. I spoke with Joey on 8/19 and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. One of the most helpful calls of this nature I've ever had - huge shoutout to Joey who was really an outstanding communicator. I purchased the device, plumber installed it and it has been working perfectly. Very happy with every aspect of this company and purchase.

I installed one of their water shut-off valve systems in my home the day after I moved in a bit over 6 months ago. I love it. Floods are a huge risk in any home, and with this device connected to my alarm system I can't forget to turn it on when I leave the house. It is helpful if you do have a slow leak somewhere in the house, and works just great. Add in the fact that installing this device and hooking it in to the security system are saving me almost 10% on my homeowners policy every year and it pays for itself in two or three years. Win:win. I called the service team several times before chosing this brand and the people were both knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I am surprised more people don't have them installed - water damage is a very real risk and usually very expensive to repair. You can't go wrong with this company.

Do not buy if you need remote access. WiFi connection is totally unreliable on a modern Wi-Fi 6 network with many devices.

You will waste $1000's on a device you can't control remotely in case or emergency.

FloLogic's response below is deceptive. I reiterate my strong recommendation.

Details:
- My connection was through FloLogic's Thread-based Gateway as described in their response.
- There was no trouble connecting, but the gateway was unable to keep its connection. It disconnected every few seconds as others have experienced.
- This is typical of systems using old Wi-Fi protocols and perhaps obsolete firmware stacks.
- In desperation FloLogic send me a replacement gateway (same problem), then an old nodule that works without the gateway (same problem).
- Since the issue is with their Wi-Fi chips, sending replacements with the same chip obviously can't solve the problem.

My wifi network is 100% reliable and includes cameras, weather station, sprinkler controller, hybrid water heaters, wifi access points, mobile phones, notebooks, all working without a problem. Only FloLogic is unable to keep a stable connection.

Have only seen this once with an old device that used one of the very early wifi protocols. These devices can no longer stay reliability connected on modern Wi-Fi networks.

Flologic's devices are fabulous! They detect flow according to the parameters you easily determine and will shut off the water when you're not around to do it yourself. I experienced an issue with my home's wireless network and Joey, in Technical Support, was readily available and quickly and effortlessly got my unit paired with my home network and connected again. Fabulous 'technical support' staff.

Great product and when I have questions, the support team has always been helpful.

Great product and great customer service

I have Flologic installed in two homes. In both places the device has prevented leaks from happening more than once. The app allows me to change flow sensitivity and time limit depending on my water needs. Also Flologic customer service has been very knowledgeable and helpful every time I needed to contact them.

Incredible tech support.. highly recommend product

Incredible device. I had one installed two years ago in our main house and last year did the same in our lakehouse. Tech support is phenomenal. Awesome technology, awesome company. Worth it at double the price!

When I had an issue with my new FloLogic system, I reached out for tech support. Joey got on the phone with me immediately. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through some troubleshooting and the system was up and running in minutes. The plumber who installed our system told me that they have excellent customer support and I found that to be absolutely true!

I have called and emailed FloLogic customer service over the past couple of years with questions. They have been amazing. Very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend the product because of its customer service.

Yesterday the water went off several times. We checked everything and I was sure it was a false reading and we needed a new sensor. We’ve hade a 3.0 for 20 years. I checked the website which basically said “ we don’t have false readings.” I turned off the main before the Flo Logic and the leak indicator went clear. The plumber found the tiny leak in the fill valve on one of the toilets. I’ve been recommending Flo Logic for years. Nice to know the system is perfect.

I'm very happy with my experience with Flologic. The product works fabulously and the app makes monitoring easy. The support has been excellent. Highly recommend this company and products.

I bought their product in 2013 and it has performed above and beyond the normal product performance realities of today. I am a retired engineer and appreciate a well engineered product when I see one. Although it has performed flawlessly throughout the years, the 2 occasions I needed support they responded quickly and correctly both times. I highly recommend their products.

I have a large old house so when I installed the flologic system I though I would have some peace of mind in case a pipe broke or something unexpected happened. For about 1 year it worked ok but after that every 2 or 3 days the alarm started triggering and the water shut off. I have the Wi-Fi adapter installed so i could reset the valve with the app but I have to walk around the whole house and the outside to see of a toilet was running or a faucet was not shut off properly. 99% of the time it was nothing. Eventually even the flow meter on the app would indicate all was ok right after the alarm had gone off and water was shut. FALSE ALARM 99% of the time!!!. To make things worst the Wi-Fi adaptor decided to disconnect randomly after having worked fine with the exact same network configuration for a year. This is a VERY UNRELIABLE system. The software is precarious and is very expensive and not worth the money. I regret not having gone with a different brand. DO NOT buy this. Save yourself money a headaches. Currently I just disconnected everything so it was all just a big waste of money.

Very high quality products and, importantly, technical support when needed. They stand behind their product and provide advice and support as needed quickly and with strong expertise. You get to talk with real technical support people. When a small issue arose after 1.5 years, they took care of it promptly under warranty. Our plumber also loves the product. We highly recommend FloLogic.

Customer support was very helpful and responsive when *I* was having issues connecting the device to the network. The product looks to be of high quality and it will save you money - it's not a matter of if you get a leak, but when.
