As a total tech buffoon I can honestly say Flodesk has been a game changer for my business. It’s one of the few tech things I love to work with. It’s easy, intuitive and enjoyable creating emails, workflows, and forms. I like things to look good and Flodesk allows me to make beautifully branded designs. 100% recommend.

I switched from another email provider over a year ago and love Flodesk! Creating beautiful emails is simple and easeful. It’s easy to learn and user friendly. Anytime I’ve had questions, I’ve had a quick, friendly response from the team. My open rates have been incredible and I’ve received feedback from my customers that they love how clean and clear the emails are. I highly recommend flodesk especially to small businesses like mine!

About 6 years ago, switched to Flodesk from Mailchimp and havent looked back. I love love Flodesk, and have shared it with whomever I can. They keep growing and flowing in directions wouldn't have imagined myself. I have no desire to explore any other email marketing options.

I use Flodesk for my business. I'm not very tech savvy, but found it very easy to set up and navigate. I love all the built in features. Their customer service it top notch too. Very happy and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend!!! Our church women's ministry has used Flodesk for the past couple years and we've had a great experience! We did have a slight hiccup last fall but Erin personally helped us through it. I would recommend Flodesk to any organization and ministry as it is very easy to use

I've given serious attention to half a dozen email providers over the last few years, and Flodesk is my favorite by far (and the one I've stuck with for over a year now.)

Super simple - but still full of segments & flows & automations.

Beautiful, easy for eye-catching designs.

Reasonably priced so my list can grow without penalizing my pocketbook.

I'm a fan and don't plan to try anything else!

It is a platform that prioritizes beauty, clean interface, and ease in setting up automations. It isn't nearly as robust as Kit or other platforms, but for solopreneurs who don't need complexity, it's great...UNTIL IT PERMANENTLY DELETES THE CONTENT YOU JUST SPENT FOUR HOURS CREATING.

AND THEN IT DOES IT AGAIN.

Literally, there is no 'undo' option to retrieve the work that magically went *poof*! Customer support was atrocious in addressing the situation. They suggested - I kid you not - to prevent this problem by drafting my emails in a notes app.

In other words, it's my fault that they're system disappeared my emails - not theirs. And while I can appreciate the wisdom of drafting my emails elsewhere when my platform refuses to take responsibility for ensuring its product actually works as promised (and had I decided to stay, I would have done just that), Flodesk looks like any other email marketing platform without its pre-formatted sections - sections that I can't replicate in my notes app. So the problem still arises: I have to compose my email in Flodesk > Flodesk 'disappears' my work while I'm in the middle of composing it > I have to start over.

Perhaps the worst part about this experience was when they refused to issue me a pro-rated refund (for most of the remainder of the year I'd prepaid for) when their platform failed to provide the service I'd paid for. I'm back at Kit, and - for the record - you can make beautiful emails there, too. Your biggest limitation is using custom fonts for fancy blocks, but since Flodesk flattens them into images anyway, you can create the same effect in Canva (but better because it's 100% on-brand) and then add that image to your Kit email.

I’ve been using Flodesk for years! As my business has evolved over the years, the one constant has been Flodesk. I previously used other email marketing tools and never enjoyed sending emails. Finding Flodesk was a game changer - the system is intuitive and simple, but the emails look beautiful and capture attention. I recommend Flodesk to anyone searching for an email marketing platform!

We moved over to Flodesk just over a year ago. As a small charity we were looking for a product that enabled us to mange forms, setup workflows and see what was working in our marketing. The way you can build the look and feel of an emails made our marketing manager very happy.. she hated our old system but this enabled simple clear design. The price mark for flodesk too was ok for us too as we can't afford most of the others. The support team also are helpful and accessible.

I’ve used Flodesk since the very beginning and it is the only email software I recommend! The ease of use, the layout, the back end workflows and functions… and now the checkout feature have made it to where I have all of my business running through this one platform!

I launched my very first digital product last week and promoted it to a brand new IG audience of less than 200… I’ve had 6 sales so far!! The checkout function has been soooooo smooth and simple and I’ve been able to tweak and change things as needed.

Their university section has made every single question I’ve had solvable in minutes, and the new integrations they keep adding make running my business seamless. I mean, hellllo Manychat! I didn’t even realize I needed that integration!

I could not recommend this platform more - if you want utter simplicity + professional design aspects and customizable workflow features (with absolutely killer customer support) this is for you!

Flodesk has very aesthetically pleasing templates and simple elegant layouts. Emails, landing pages, and checkout pages are easy to build. I was even able to launch a recurring monthly offer w/payment option all through Flodesk. As they have added various workflows and new functions, sometimes it can get confusing as it's not always obvious or clear in their FAQ what connects to what, and which of my subscribers received what they were supposed to, but, every time I have contacted their support staff they have been prompt, helpful and patient. I have used Flodesk for my email marketing for at least 3-4 years and plan to happily continue

I've been using Flodesk for three years and love how easy it is to use. The email templates are easy to plug and play and the forms are easy to embed. I appreciate the continued improvements to checkouts, including Stripe integration, subscriptions, and payment plans. The customer service is great and I appreciate the transparency about what new features are being developed. My one-stop-shop for emails, lead magnets, and checkouts.

It's easy to use and if I don't know hw to do something, it's simple to learn or I can always reach out to their support and they get back to me right away.
