Excellent tutorials and email tech support. Great tips and suggestions. Great open rate. Few unsubscribes. Clear branding possible, matching my website. Colors, fonts, templates, analytics all very useful. Lots of responses to my much more beautiful, professional-looking yet personalized newsletters. I'm been much happier with Flodesk for several years compared to the two previous newsletter services.

I absolutely love Flodesk! I joined back in 2021 and was completely floored by how seamless everything was. I am a graphic designer, so being able to exude my creativity through emails has done wonders for me! And they've only gotten better and better! Checkouts has been a game changer for my business. I absolutely LOVE creating workflows and sequences and being able to offer paid solutions is *chefs kiss*. And their support/ customer service/ online presence is top tier. The Flodesk team actually listens and cares about what we as users want and need.

Another thing I really love is all the integrations, like Sqaurespace, Canva, Thrivecart, Interact (hello quizzes), Honeybook and many more- just sharing my favorites!

I can't recommend them enough, especially to my clients who are always looking for something that's functional, easy to use and cost effective.

I've used Flodesk for almost 6 years now. It was not the first email marketing tool I tried, but it's been the best for me. The most important factor for me was the fact that it allows me to send visually beautiful emails. I understand this is not important for everyone, but a creative entrepreneur in a visual field (makeup artist for photography and I teach other makeup artists how to get into this field) the limitations I encountered with other platforms in creating visually appealing emails that fully reflected my brand kept me from actually sending emails.

The other issue that used to keep me from sending emails was an elaborate learning curve. Particularly when using features like opt-ins, landing pages, etc. Flodesk is easy to implement and use, and so I actually use it. Hence I was able to start sending effective emails right away and grow my list.

It has become increasingly full featured over the time with features I didn't even know I needed but which have changed my business. The biggest change for me was the introduction of the e-commerce functionality which allows me to sell directly from email without setting up an additional platform. It's super easy to set up and super easy for my community to purchase what they want without a multi-step elaborate process, so it's easy to start selling.

The most recent changes - which I am *loving* - is how many of the automations I use regularly are now integrated with Flodesk without the need of using a third party app. I don't necessarily get along with some of the third party connecting apps, so being able to integrate directly makes it easier for me and a more seamless experience for the folks on my list.

Lastly the list segmentation and link actions have been fabulous. And now the Workflows have been upgraded as well. These features have all entailed more of a learning curve for me, but they've really been great for the integrity and engagement of my list. I send different newsletters to different segments at different times. Segmenting and list actions and meaningful workflows keep my audience engaged with what I have to offer, without sending excessive emails that might wear them out.

I’ve been using Flodesk for about 2 years now, and it’s honestly become a STAPLE in my business.

The biggest thing for me is how aesthetic and cohesive everything I make in there, is. As someone who cares a lot about branding, I love that my emails, forms, and landing pages actually look like me—not some generic template. It makes such a difference in how my audience experiences my brand.

However, the landing pages alone are a lifesaver! I’ve used them for course launches, waitlists, and quick offers, and I can put something together in just a few days without needing to touch any code. I’ve had multiple people compliment how professional everything looks, which still surprises me sometimes because it’s so easy to build.

I also love how it integrates with tools I already use like Canva, Instagram, and Google Drive. It makes my workflow feel really seamless instead of pieced together.

Flodesk is the queen of aesthetics, and for my business, that is a huge must. My emails need to not just have the meaty content, but also look and feel a certain way when you open them. That is exactly what Flodesk gives me, all of the tools to do so with their genius collaboration with Canva, and just their general templates and patented layout technology is so much cleaner and easier to use than anything out there.

Uso Flodesk ogni giorno per mandare newsletter, gestire automazioni e far crescere la mia lista, e la cosa che mi ha sempre colpita di più è questa: è uno dei pochissimi tool che ti fa venire voglia di aprirlo. L'editor è intuitivo, i template sono belli davvero (non belli in teoria, ma poi imbarazzanti o inutilizzabili), e l'interfaccia è così pulita che ti concentri su quello che conta, ovvero cosa vuoi dire alle persone che ti leggono.

I workflow funzionano benissimo anche per chi non è tecnica: li imposti una volta e lavorano per te in automatico. E l'integrazione con Canva, per me che uso Canva ogni giorno, è stata una svolta vera.

Forse non è il tool perfetto per chi ha bisogno di automazioni molto complesse o analisi avanzatissime, ma per la maggior parte delle professioniste che lavorano da sole o in piccoli team è esattamente quello che serve: semplice, bello, efficace. Una gioia da usare.

I love everything about Flodesk to be honest, especially using the automations and how simple it looks when you log in. The dashboard is so intuitive, which is super important for me as a brand and web designer. I really appreciate how Flodesk makes it simple to keep everything branded for myself and my clients without having to design elsewhere. The automations save me time and make it easy to have workflows, like having steps when somebody subscribes, and really connect with my audience. Setting up Flodesk when you first log in is one of my favorite things about it; it's so easy and has all the tools you need without being overwhelming.

I love that you can set up your brand kit with colors and custom fonts, as well as social media links, simplifying the email creation process. The templates provided are fantastic – very on-brand and easy to use without needing to be a designer. Flodesk also integrates with a number of tools, which is great.

I've been running an online business for more than 15 years and I have used a few of the biggest email service providers in that time - and spent thousands annually! In 2025 I moved to Flodesk after constantly hearing great things. This was a major decision given it's never fun to move email providers. But pricing had increased astronomically and I wanted to find another option. It turns out that moving was way more seamless than I expected - Flodesk made the transition easy.

Since then I've been nothing but impressed by more than just the very affordable pricing plans. Flodesk is one of the most user-friendly email platforms I've used. Yes, it has less automations and bells and whistles than my previous platform but I realised I was paying for more than i needed anyway. I can do everything I need to do with Flodesk's workflow automations, segmenting and more - and the analytics are so user-friendly, I actually check them a lot more than I used to.

If you want to create more visual emails, you can easily integrate Canva to import your designs or you can use Flodesk's range of on-trend templates - everything about their builder is drag and drop and EASY. But the main thing is that the deliverability has been great. It's probably 5-10% better than my previous provider. And if you're concerned about moving email provider, Flodesk gives a LOT of advice about how to do this while maintaining your deliverability.

All-in-all the experience of using Flodesk has been very positive - the only negative is that I wish I'd moved earlier. And with great support + a team that values listening to their customers, I'm pretty convinced I've made a great choice in moving.

I moved from Mailchimp to Flodesk, mainly because I was over the clunky design that was putting me off from writing any emails. When I first started using it I knew absolutely nothing about email marketing, but their templates and easy-to-use interface made it extremely approachable. I have contacted support numerous times and first of all, I always hear from a real human which means so much, but second of all, they are always kind, clear, and most importantly, helpful. I go to their free workshops, implement the things they teach, and I have always had a high deliverability and open rate (my open rate is well above 50%, for reference). Their workflows are a huge plus as well, I have several set up that have helped me increase my revenue significantly. I've used three other email marketing platforms through the years, and Flodesk is by far the best for brand customization (no coding required), unique layouts, and campaign building.

I have been using Flodesk for several years now. The reason why I transitioned over is that I had been using Mailchimp for a couple of years and was super frustrated with the insane price Mailchimp would charge, yet it had extremely limited design flexibility. Mailchimp was very clunky to use and felt so dated. I moved to Flodesk after seeing hearing about it online, and from day 1, I would NEVER go back to Mailchimp or another email platform. Flodesk is extremely intuitive, not only in creating individual emails but also in creating email workflows and landing pages. In just a few clicks, I can set up a beautiful, professional, and branded workflow opt-in page. I love how much freedom you have available to customize everything, even down to the opt-in URLs.

Flodesk's email designs are truly drag-and-drop, and they easily adapt for use on both desktop and phone. They have so many incredible templates you can choose from and just change up with your branding colors and assets, or you can start from scratch and easily design something custom.

The sky is the limit with Flodesk, and the pricing will not limit you the same way as Mailchimp and other email platforms do. Flodesk has extremely reasonable pricing compared to what I was paying with Mailchimp. With Mailchimp, I paid $250 a month. With Flodesk, their most expensive tier is $54/month. THAT IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

I cannot recommend Flodesk enough!
