Amelia was absolutely amazing
Amelia was absolutely amazing with her service when helping us book a holiday. I can be a pretty awkward customer; I kept changing my mind and looking at what felt like 50 million different options. In the end, I found the perfect holiday for me. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process!

Great service
Great service. We went in and originally were looking at Salzburg for me, my wife and little daughter. All the flights were coming up very expensive for 3 nights. The helpful advisor from the Ongar store instead found us an amazing hotel and holiday in Lake Garda for 7 nights and less money with Jet2. We had an amazing time and are already looking to book a city break in october with Flitch.

The most amazing and helpful service. I had to travel to Spain due to a family emergency. They were incredibly helpful and supported me as I needed, including updating my status via email and telephone. They even booked my boarding passes for the return journey, to help me during a very stressful time. Absolutely amazing service!

Fantastic staff
We popped into Flitch Travel to look at possibly booking a holiday. Jenny was very welcoming and knowledgeable, we had a set budget and explained who was going on the holiday. Jenny found a great hotel in Turkey which suited us perfectly. Flitch Travel gave us nothing to worry about as they booked our seats on the plane and printed off our boarding passes. Will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you
