Having cancelled our trip to Boston due to the NATS system failure we went to Flitch Travel in Onger the following day to arrange a last minute holiday. It took time as we weren't sure where we wanted to go. Following various ideas we settled on Croatia.
Amie then set about arranging everything from flights to hotel accommodation. Because we knew nothing of Croatia we were entirely in Amie's hands. I must say she excelled in finding the right itinerary for us. Everything from the taxi and boat transfers to accommodation was top class. Everything worked like clockwork. After the disaster the previous week this was a relief for us. The hotels were in fantastic positions. Especially our three day trip to Dubrovnik, The Grand Imperial. Just a short walk from the gates of the walled town. We really couldn't fault anything about our trip.

I had a fantastic experience booking a once in a lifetime, bucket-list, Canada trip and Alaskan cruise for myself and my Fiancé, with Amie from Flitch Travel. She went above and beyond to protect our budget and ensure we booked a great holiday. When the Rocky Mountaineer train journey we wanted wasn't available, Amie proactively suggested a brilliant alternative that saved us money. Then, when booking our flights, we were thinking of upgrading to premium economy but the prices weren't live yet. Instead of rushing to confirm which, being the impulsive person I am I was going to do, Amie wisely advised me to wait until later in the day. I am so glad we listened to her; the seats turned out to be incredibly expensive and would have blown our budget. By delaying the booking on her advice, she saved us many hundreds of pounds which will now be used to cover the cost of optional excursions which will make this trip so special. Amie’s honesty, patience, and excellent problem-solving turned potential roadblocks into huge wins; I highly recommend her and Flitch Travel!

What a difference it makes when you speak to a travel agent that listens, understands and executes what you really want. We wanted the dream South African holiday including as many activities as possible, Cape Town, Garden Route, Wine Region and Victoria Falls, along with a Safari element. Whilst most of the people we spoke to came up with ideas, nothing matched what Amie and Amelia put together for us, even enlisting the help of lady at African Pride, to talk us through the options on a conference call.
By the time we had finished, we were on Version 9 of the holiday plan, but the girls were as cheery and attentive all the way through, nothing appeared to be to much trouble.
We are seasoned travellers and have been all over the world, with some big industry names, but Flitch Travel sit right at the top of their game. I would highly recommend you talk to them before booking your next trip.

Amelia has advised and dealt with the twists and turns of our complex booking requirements efficiently and kept us updated throughout.

They listened to our requirements and provided us with three costed options and highlighted the tour that best meet our requirements. When we wanted to make some changes to the itinerary they responded quickly. We are now looking forward to our trip next March.

I phoned Flitch Travel to price a holiday to Ibiza through Jet2 and they were actually cheaper than going direct with Jet2 so I popped in there and booked it. Have never booked a holiday so quick. Amelia kept me informed and checked us in a week before so I didn’t have to go and do anything except collect the tickets. Will definitely use their services again. Fantastic service
