Samithiya Morgan is a top class customer service rep for this travel company. She was in polite, in constant contact via phone and WhatsApp. Always quick to respond and made this process very easy.

I recently returned from a holiday, and I just had to share how fantastic it was. From the moment I left the airport here in the UK to my arrival in Freetown and back, every aspect of the journey was seamless. The services were faultless, and the staff, especially Henry, were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the entire trip.

The guy that attended to me was very patient, nice and he eventually got me a desired date and , a good flight and good connection time. But for him, I would not have flown the airline that I flew. And I really enjoyed the flight and did not lose any luggage as people have told me earlier. Sam raj was the agent that made me comfortable to buy the tickets . I had no problems with my flight booking to Uganda with this company at all, they looked at all available flight options for me to fit my requirements even when I wanted to change airlines before my departure they were accommodating to looking for alternatives for me with no complaints! Great customer service and very respectful and responsive. I would book with them again.

Scammers!!! Avoid they owe millions to people and once they have your details they wont stop ringing. The company are in breach of GDPR and will soon be put out of business by the Office of Data Protection Commisioner

My flights were dealt with by Oliver Thomas, my guy was professional and handled everything I needed ,Oliver went an every mile to make sure everything was ok, he even checked me in when I was coming back ,thanks a lot my brother

Agent Leo was on the case right from the start, finding us the best deal. Although there were slight complications re deciding on dates at my end, Leo was very patient and answered many questions right up to the point of purchasing tickets.
