I booked my ticket online, first I got my confirmation number but after some hours they send me an email that there is a problem with the ticket. I call the costumer service and they tried to sell me another ticket for 100$ more. I got the price a little bit more down so I took it. After waiting 48 hours and many conversations with the costumers service I still don’t have any ticket. The manager is unhelpful and gave me a new price 400$ higher than the original one!
I spend probably 4 hours in the last 3 days calling this website.
And my boyfriend is still waiting for his eticket... I warned you.

So Flightsbird is genuinely a good website to book flight tickets online.

I was searching for cheap flights from LAX to Miami & I got a huge discount on my tickets which was really appreciated.

They give a good discount and provide good service to their customers.

Started out so skeptical of using flights bird because of a couple of reviews I saw so instead of using the online site, I called the customer service number. SO happy that I did. John Parker did an AMAZING job with booking my flights to LAX while saving me a couple of hundreds of dollars. I definitely will be using again. For those of you who are skeptical about them not having current prices up, call to book! John P - you the man! I'll call him directly next time!

I just finished booking my flight with John Parker and he was very helpful. He made sure that I got a better deal than I expected on a roundtrip flight. This was my first time booking with Flightsbird and I was a little hesitant about booking but John reassured me with his great customer service. He exuded a lot of patience by answering all my concerns. I will definitely book with this company again and John will definitely be my go to guy for reservations!

I have booked tickets with more then 100 travel agents in my life, I have never accounted anything even remotely as unprofessional as this company I do not want to go into details as i do not have all day to list them all. But i only want to repeat what the agent at the airport told me after seeing the amount of mess ups with my seating and luggage etc.-PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT COMPANY ANY MORE IN YOUR LIFE.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! The customer service is horrible and rude. My flight was canceled due to bad weather in July and it is now September and I have yet to receive my money back although the airline has processed a refund in August. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR AGGRAVATION TO USE THIS "COMPANY".

For all of those who are saying the company is great during purchase, I HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PURCHASE BECAUSE YOU WILL THEN EXPERIENCE WHAT I AM SPEAKING OF.

Updated: Eleven days after agreeing to purchase, I still don't have my e-tickets. I understand delays can happen, but CS has definitely declined as the problem has progressed. John Parker is trying to help, but others have not been so responsive. I will update again when/if I get the tickets.

Further updated: I finally got my airline confirmation number 15 days after I made the reservation. Both Antonio and John helped me get it settled in the end. The price really was unbeatable, but the process in getting the tickets needed some improvement. Be prepared to be persistent in follow up if you don't get your tickets right away.

website was not working called customer service and spoke with Tom Lincoln who was amazing, patient, communicated perfectly and clear to point. Dealing with people like Tom is the best. I would certainly say he is an asset to your company.
