Bait and switch! We were confirmed and ticketed on one price and then they called and proceeded to tell me those tickets were unavailable and it would cost more for completely different flights that we didn’t want. She did this all while acting like she was doing me a favor. It was actually laughable. Complete bait and switch tactic.

Myra was very helpful in fixing my issue that occur on Friday July 6 and early this morning. She took major concerned of getting my e-tickets taken care of ASAP.

I worked with Myra to resolve some issues with my reservation. She worked to get the approval she needed to get a comparable flight with the price quoted. She apologized for the inconvenience in working with the airlines for denying the fares and stating they no longer had a seat available. She also gave me a credit for a future reservation due to the trouble we had in booking this flight.

Thanks for great service ! I booked a difficult flight as I had to fly in short notice to India. I had a 14 hr layover while going and 2 stops return. But then George Costello called and said that the my booked flights are unavailable. He gave me a <30 hrs flight both ways! Thank you for support!
