Adam was very helpful, patience and pleasant. He managed to find me the exact flight I was looking for, for me and my dog so I’m very happy with the service and very happy with Adam 5*

I welcomed the opportunity to work with Eric. as ever his performance was outstanding. he quickly understood my needs and has yet again created exactly what I needed.

Very quick service, always friendly and polite.

Eric Wilson was absolutely fabulous in arranging our return flights to Bangkok and our internal flights. Nothing was too much trouble. I rang a few times for advice and he was always so courteous. Thank you Eric. You are an asset to your company x

Eric has been excellent regarding my flight booking arrangement each time he does it.

Adan Yuhanna of Flighthouse went above and beyond the call of duty in simplifying my own over complicated bookings at short notice, doing all she could to help and succeeding. I will certainly use Flighthouse and Adan in future if I can. I go to Australia at least once or twice a year. Adan was also delightful and with a helpful phone manner.

Jasmine Allen was extremely helpful, polite & courteous.

Leo has been outstanding. From initially finding the right flights on the right day at the time we wanted, guiding us through everything needed and explaining every step, and then when we had to reschedule everything due to a slipped disc and not being allowed to travel, Leo organised everything. He re-arranged everything for us, even to the point of suggesting a couple of extra days which in the long run saved over £1500. Cant praise him enough

Friendly clear and patient help from adnan im not very savvy with emails and modern ways but he was a great help and nothing was too much trouble will definatly use again and reccomend to others

This is the first time I have travelled since 2015 and I had a very complicated flight plan. Adan worked very hard to resolve all my issues to find the best flight connections for me within a tight budget. He was patient, helpful, polite and courteous at all times and followed up with me without being too pushy. I am very happy with his service.

I made a couple of mistakes but Jasmine sorted it all out for me without a problem

The agent Sam Hanook was most helpful and gave me a top notch service. He went the extra mile to assist me with my booking.

We needed to make changes and Adan was very helpful.

It was a great experience buying a flight from flight house. Sam Hanook provided me with a discount even during peek summer period. I have now used this agent twice and I am very satisfied all the time

This is the second time I have booked flights with this company, Sam Hanook didn't disappoint again. Great service.

This is the second time we have booked tickets through Flight House. They are very helpfull and quick to find the flights we wanted at a reasonable price. So much easier than days of looking on the Web.

Helpful in providing all the advice and detailed implication for making my flights booking. Leo was very kind and keen to make me comfortable in making the various decisions.
