Flight House Omdömen

Find good price for me and take the trouble to find the flight with connection times I needed
Thanks again janat

The explanation of everything was very clear and useful. The service was excellent, responding quickly. I do appreciate that.

Very friendly service I was anxious as I was booking flights for myself to meet up with family in Singapore to then fly on together to Perth Bruce made this easy for me by providing me with all details of not only my flights but for my family's flights also

Eric gave a very professional service
Very patient whilst waiting for our payment to go through ( it took about an hour)
Answered our many questions
Many thanks

I have just booked my tickets for Phuket and Scott was so helpful and did my booking so easy on line. Thank you Scott.

All good thanks

The whole process was hassle free and felt transparent. My adviser, Sam Hanook, was very helpful and my flight was booked and payed for within a few hours.

Janet was dealing with my booking and she was very helpful and patient.
I wish her all the best in her future career
Thanks Janet

Very helpful and communicated well. Was able to sort all arrangements out

Adan was fantastic, received my phone call within 5 minutes of sending a request
He was able to book all my flights to all destinations within a time frame I wanted.
Adan stayed on the line and helped me through the process of payment for each thing, sorted my luggage and seat requirements.
Adan was patience, kind and understanding and took all the stress and hassle out of what can be a hard time finding right flights ect.
I will definitely be using him in the future to make my travels a happy experience all round.

The greatest customer concern and care you have exhibited is so amazing. You timely feedback has been so helpful and I want to thank you for sticking with me throughout my first experience of booking online. Also your prices were amazing.

Very patient, helpful in trying to find an affordable fligh

Jasmin went above and beyond and kept us informed through every step of the reservation process. She was very supportive and patient when dealing with my constant questions.

Unlike many companies with helplines, the company was amazingly easy to get through to. The customer service employee Leo was more than helpful and the service he provided was exemplary.

Always excellent service and competitive prices I am very happy and always use this aganecy.

Eric could not be more helpful! Eric made regular contact throughout the day ensuring I had received all the necessary paperwork for my trip to Thailand and New Zealand. Great service, highly recommend.

Eric provided an excellent service last year and supported me when I had a query with transfers whilst abroad. plus obtained a competitive price hence why I returned to him and Flight House again this year. Any difference in price between on line and yours is worth the support one receives if there is a problem. Covid taught me that support is almost nonexistent from airlines when booking on line.

Sam was a delight to organise my travel plans with. Helpful, organised and put forward suggestions for an easy journey. I can’t thank him enough for guiding me through this process. A true gentleman A*
