Una atención al cliente de 10, siempre me han atendido a todo perfectamente en el chat.
Ningún tipo de problemas ya sea porque quieres devolver un pedido después de que ya lo hayan enviado (te devuelven el 100%), cualquier pregunta que tengas, o incluso porque un código de descuento no funciona, me han preguntado cuál era y me lo han aplicado al pedido ya realizado devolviéndome el importe del descuento.
Imposible una atención al cliente mejor, estoy deseando recibir el escritorio y ver si todo tiene la misma calidad/atención a los detalles

I recently purchased the E8 height-adjustable desk frame, and while I haven’t received it yet, I wanted to highlight the incredible customer service. I encountered an issue with my shipping address, and the team was quick to resolve it. They responded to my inquiry within the same day, which really impressed me. Their fast and efficient service gives me confidence in the company, and I’m looking forward to receiving my desk soon!

All great!!! I bought a chair and the structure for a desktop. I had a problem with the chair that I order because was damaged in the transport and the support solves the incident! Thanks for all!

Hola , todo empezó cuando el paquete de mi mesa , llegó con la esquina de la mesa dañada . "Por causa de la empresa de transporte" . Escribí al servicio de atención al cliente y me respondieron el mismo día , me dieron la solución de reemplazo y les dije que si . Hoy , aproximadamente una semana después me llegó la mesa de remplazo en perfecto estado . Me ha encantado la rapidez con la que han respondido y el envío . Ya que no he tenido que pagar nada en ningún momento . Son muy amables y no me han puesto ninguna molestia .

Atención al cliente espectacular! Super atentos, super rápidos y super eficaces. Pedí un escritorio Lite con la mala suerte que llego el tablero deteriorado por un golpe que claramente se había efectuado en el transporte perforando la caja e impactando en el tablero. Escribí al equipo de Flexispot un domingo (el dia que me dispuse a montar la mesa y me di cuenta) y me constestaron inmediatamente. Tras enviarles unas fotos, el mismo lunes me gestionaron un reemplazo. Yo pensaba que me enviaban el tablero y para mi sorpresa recibi la mesa entera. Tengo que decir que el nuevo tablero también tiene un pequeño defecto pero para el precio del producto, la calidad del mismo y el servicio de atención al cliente son de 10.

Mi experiencia con Flexispot ha sido excelente. Los artículos han venido muy bien embalados, son fáciles de montar y se aprecia que los acabados son de gran calidad. Volveré a confiar en ellos para mi oficina.

I bought a E7 Pro with a 120x80cm black table, it came pretty fast to Spain, well protected, and was easy to mount. It's already two months since it arrieved, and the experience has been perfect. I have the enough space to work and focus, and can work standing whenever I feel to. In that sense it has been a game changer, because now I work almost 50% stand and 50% sit, and that's good for my back and my neck.

The table is steady even at highest position, which I only use for cleaning or doing easier setup of cables and other things. My height is around 180cm and my standing setup is almost 15-20cm less than the max height, so it's good even for more tall people.

Another thing I like is that the table is very thick, so you can purchase different accesories and have even more space and versatility!

Finally, only say thanks to Flexispot for the table and one of the best customer service I ever had, after I had a problem with one of the accesories I ordered and they solved my problem in the best way possible! Would order again for sure :)

Compré una mesa elevable H7 con una tablero blanco, un soporte para monitor regulable, un soporte adicional para poner encima de la mesa, una cajonera de oficina y un organizador de cables. Todo ello hace que tanto el tiempo que dedico al trabajo, como el tiempo que dedico al ocio sea mucho más agradable, pudiendo ajustar la altura de la mesa a mis necesidades. Además la mesa queda completamente limpia de cables. Todos los productos tienen muy buena calidad y buenos acabados. La mesa funciona muy bien, pudiendo regular al milímetro su altura. Totalmente recomendable

Compré una mesa E2Q mas tablero de 160x80. la mesa es muy robusta y de calidad excepcional. El envío llegó en varios paquetes. El marco en dos y el tablero en otro, con el mismo transportista.
El marco llegó sin contratiempos y en perfectas condiciones. Sin embargo el tablero sufrió varias demoras atribuibles al transportista, en mal estado el embalaje, estando el tablero dañado en uno de los cantos.
El servicio post-venta de Flexispot respondió muy rápido y de forma muy eficaz, encontrando una solución satisfactoria de inmediato. Una atención excelente y resolutiva.

Great customer support and experience overall

I bought the E1 product with several accessories, the desk works perfectly and was shipped without problems and on time. Unfortunately one of the components did not fit and I requested a refund and everything was very fast and satisfactory.

Haven't opened the package yet, but ordered an E7 pro that arrived quite quickly. The selling point thus far for me for flexispot is its customer service - very quick responses and very helpful and efficient overall!
Made me confident to order an office chair from them also

mi escritorio llego a tiempo, fue muy facil de montar, desafortunadamente cuando abri la caja del tablero me di cuenta de que hay una grieta enorme justo en el medio. No es profunda, pero me arruinó toda la belleza de esta mesa. La mesa en sí estaba perfectamente bien y funcionaba muy bien, decidí contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente y rápidamente me enviaron un tablero nuevo. Tardaron más en entregármelo pero ahora que por fin está aquí, estoy escribiendo mi reseña.

Positives - initially good quality and delivery of desk.

However, electric system failed after one use and desk stuck mid- range. Customer Service did all of the correct things, but I was sent three sets of wrong components in attempts to resolve the problem.

Eventually I have been given a full refund and now have the hassle of disposal. Unfortunately, not a good experience overall

La mesa es una pasada. Se nota que es de gran calidad, y montarla es muy fácil, aunque se necesitan dos personas.
El tablero vino estropeado, pero porque el transporte no tuvo cuidado.
Me puse en contacto con soporte, y en nada tenía en casa otro tablero sin coste adicional, y en perfectas condiciones.
Me ha gustado tanto la mesa, que he comprado la cajonera a juego.

Los códigos promocionales con descuentos del 99% limitados en las promociones de rebajas hacen fallar el pago y acto seguido desaparecen, sirviendo simplemente de gancho
