Zoals de andere reviews hier hetzelfde meegemaakt lijn gescheurd door een hondje van 8kg terwijl het een hond van 50kg moet houden! Flexi beweert dat de hond het door heeft gebeten terwijl je op de foto's duidelijk ziet dat het gescheurd is door kwaliteitsproblemen ik heb ze gevraagd als ze blind waren en kreeg te horen dat ik maar moest mailen tot heden niks meer gehoord...nooit meer flexi! schandalig gewoon voor hetzelfde was de hond onder een auto gekomen en dan krijg je zo een verwijten naar je hoofd geslingerd de hond heeft het doorgebeten is makkelijk gezegd altijd de hond heeft nooit de riem in zijn bek gehad lijn is altijd mooi opgeborgen geweest in een kast

Vaker gekocht maar nu binnen 2 maanden scheurt de lijn, ondanks zorgvuldig en netjes gebruik. Klacht ingediend met uitleg en foto erbij maar totaal geen gehoor, Flexi zegt dat het aan ons gebruik licht en daarmee is voor hen de zaak afgedaan. Jammer, na een correcte oplossing was een tevreden klant zo teruggewonnen.

Outstanding!!! Great job! My American Akita is loves her leash, I love the handle, it has 8m range which is amazing! It's durable and definitely worth the money instead of buying something cheaper and have to replace it! Don't listen to the haters, if mine will break after 10 years I'll happily buy another one then not complain about it haha.. anyways thank you bye bye

I contacted flexi in Germany as I am now on my 4th flexi lead for my 10 year old dog and I wanted to know if there were any options to repair the one that failed (the lead would no longer retract). As an alternative to repair I wanted to know if the product is recyclable, as there is no information on the product re the nature of the plastics materials used.
Flexi advised that I should not attempt a repair. They would not repair it themselves as it is not economic to do so.They also advised I should speak to my local authority regarding recycling. In Germany they just put old flexi leads in their recycling bins, (lucky them). My local authority does not want me to put the old failed lead in my recycling bin, so into landfill it goes, as the local recycling centre only takes hard plastics that are 'clean' of other materials.
Personally I think Flexi should at least detail what their product is made from, even if they couldn't give a toss what happens to it after it has failed. The management of the company should perhaps give a bit of thought to repair and recycling, rather than just trying to flog more products. Corporate responsibility in this era of waste reduction is very important and the 'not my problem' attitude of flexi is very disappointing.

Ich habe eine Flexi-Abrollleine erworben, nach nicht einmal zwei Wochen ist die Leine direkt am Karabinerhaken abgerissen.
Obwohl ich dem Kundendienst mitgeteilt habe (inkl. Fotos), dass mein Hund ein Geschirr hat, der Haken also praktisch auf seinem Rücken befestigt wird, bekam ich als Stellungnahme nur, dass der Hund eindeutig die Leine durchgebissen habe.
Das nenne ich mal eine negative Kundenfreundlichkeit, ich hätte Fa. Flexi noch nicht einmal bzgl. des Produktfehlers einen Vorwurf gemacht, es kann immer mal zu Problemen kommen. Aber sich hinzustellen und an Hand von Fotos etwas zu behaupten, das nicht möglich ist und in keinster Weise zum Fehlerbild passt, ist nicht zu fassen.
Also ich wünsche allen viel Glück, die sich eine Flexi-Leine gekauft haben, das Sie sich nie an den Kundendienst wenden müssen.

I have owned flexi dog leads for many years and wanted a new lead for a new puppy. Bought a tape lead rather than a rope lead. Puppy bit through the tape in moments. The nylon is laterally strong but very thin and therefore failed, when compared with the much stronger material used between the handle and the rope on other models. I wrote to Flexi but have no acknowledgement. I am not expecting recompense (and made it clear I was not claiming). But a "thank you for telling us" would have been an appropriate gesture

I was looking for a leash for my dog and I fell in love with the pictures of Flexi Design yellow - Black. I am not complaining about the quality, it is really what I was looking for. I am complaining for the fact that they call yellow a neon green which in real is totally different from the pictures. I sent the first leash back (and paid for the return) as I thought they sent me the wrong color. Received the second one: it's green, not yellow (or gelb as in the label: the label is really yellow though...)!!
