Excellent Customer Support
I was responsible for managing the offboarding process for our company, and I want to highlight how professional the experience was from start to finish. Even though we were ending our relationship as clients - a moment when interactions can sometimes become more distant - fleet team remained consistently supportive and professional.
Every contact we had and every challenge that arose during this final stage was handled promptly and with genuine assistance. I especially appreciated that the same level of care and responsiveness we experienced throughout the partnership was maintained all the way through the offboarding process. It’s a great example of the level of customer support provided from start to finish.
Méprise ses clients
Une boite qui ne sait pas/ne veut pas communiquer. Aucun moyen de contact, ça promet de tenir au courant et aucun contact, refus sans raison. Ils choisissent leur clients et méprisent les autres. Heureusement qu'il y a bien mieux ailleurs.

Une sacrée arnaque. On découvre à la fin que nous devons finalement acheté le produit pour une somme totalement disproportionnée !
Ils se gavent sur 36 loyers pour ensuite se gaver sur la valeur résiduelle...
Une belle arnaque !
Engagement obligatoire de 36 mois qui n'a aucun sens.
Le coût pour sortir du contrat ou racheter la flotte est totalement disproportionné : dans notre cas, 35 à 40 % plus cher que le prix du neuf, pour des ordinateurs déjà utilisés en moyenne depuis presque un an.
À ce niveau-là, autant acheter directement du matériel neuf avec la garantie.

As an IT admin, I've been searching a lot for a good business partner that can allow me to ship already configured devices across the world. Where many have failed, Fleet delivered. And then some! Ordered today, in the end-user's hand tomorrow. Truly a great experience.
Overall, I believe Fleet is a good solution for device management and I recommend their platform. You can either use your own MDM or theirs.

Super bad experience. I am the founder of a company - we heavily rely on fleet.co, My laptop broke and waiting 5 weeks for replacement due to "delivery" problems....bad service. wont choose this again
