Incredible customer service
I have been a customer for years and for the first time I had an issue with a couple of orders. It was the fault of the manufacturer and not flawless vapes. However, flawless handled the issue so efficiently and refunded me. The customer service is exceptional. In an age where everything is automated, it was so refreshing to communicate with customer service (specifically Joel) who responded so efficiently and added a personal touch to his responses. Joel is certainly a credit to the company. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend flawless vapes.

majority non-nicotine in mystery box!!!!!
To be honest..nothing wrong with the delivery, communications or anything from flawless vape used them numerous amounts of times before and never a problem the 1 star is in the relation to the mystery vape box...fantastic deal before but to order the last 2 times and have 7 out of 10 to be nicotine free basically youre paying for 3 vapes as the rest go in the bin. i Know its a mystery box but never before has it been a majority no nicotine or at least I cant remember before it ever having no nicotine in it. As some one trying not to smoke and but still calm the nicotine crvings its preety useless. The rest is great but they just feel like a waste of money.

I brought 4 mystery boxes for a good price but out of 40 vapes I only got 12 with nicotine in, when I started buying these boxes I would get nicotine ones all the time but nowadays they are no nicotine ones. I definitely won't be buying them again.

Mystery boxes should come with option…
Mystery boxes should come with option of nicotine or zero nicotine rather than sending 8 out of 10 zero nicotine to someone who requires nicotine. Seriously gone down hill this firm over the last 18 months. Good way to get rid of excess stock though.

Updated - they've come back to me and sorted the mistake out. So I've upgraded to 4stars.
They got back to me after a little while apologizing and saying my order is being processed and will be sent.
So still unsure what happened and why the order when placed did not seem to go through on their end? As i said the bank confirmed money was taken when order was placed.
They also mentioned entering an email. Which I'm sure I did, as if you don't enter details correctly, it usually sends you back to what you missed and highlights it too. Plus i double checked the shipping information and all WAS correct??
So again don't know what happened.
But they appear to have sorted it.
And that's all that counts. Rectifying an error & making it right. And they even offered a apology!

Not had much luck recently with this company. The previous order I made they sent incorrectly. Even though I contacted them before ordering to confirm!?
Now I've tried to place another order recently. They taken the money according to my bank. Yet the company appears to not have my order, even though I had ZERO issue placing the order on their website???
They have not sent any order confirmation near 30hrs after the order was placed, AND I've received NO shipping email either. PLUS I've contacted them 5 times. But no response. And STILL no order.

Customer service excellent
I had reason to return a vape due to it leaking, and even though I had gone past the standard warranty they immediately agreed to accept the return. The response to my email was immediate and the constant communication throughout the process was faultless. They even arranged for the item to be collected from my home. The customer service is second to none and very rarely to such a high standard these days. J who was dealing with my query is a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend flawless. And just to add I have ordered from them several times and the order is always accurate and arrives very quickly
