Hands down my favourite vape shop
Hands down my favourite vape shop, been going here for years, mainly the one in Hamilton (Leicester) the guys in there are really helpful and the prices are unbeatable, always a big range of vape flavours and always stock my pods ;)
I will be back again shortly lads!

Awful Service
Purchased a OXVA Pod kit... after 8 days no shipping information despite my 3 emails. When I opened a payment dispute they decided to send it without even contacting me. I have now purchased it elsewhere but cannot cancel because they do not answer any email. Terrible service. There are way better vape shop out there.

Purchased new mod
Purchased new mod, worked perfect for 3 weeks then just stopped. Never dropped or got wet. Contacted company via email Monday, no reply. Contacted via their online message Tuesday and Wednesday and no reply still. No contact number on their website but found one on here. Called and phone just rings with no one answering. All the positive reviews have not had issues clearly. Not good customer service at all. Still waiting on contact and my money back but I won’t hold my breath. Will go through my credit card and spend the word on my experience with the company.

Third party payment processing - very sneaky!
Be aware, the company uses a third party payment processor meaning my payment was taken as a bank transfer instead of actual online transaction.
If you have issues with your order which cannot be resolved by the company, you may be unable to raise a chargeback via your bank.
Pay with a credit card or order somewhere else if you'd prefer to have the security of being able to access a chargeback/claim with your bank.

Rubbish verification method and despite me being 50 years old it still didn’t accept my id or anything like that and kept making me re do it and rushing customer service I have had to email so many times to try and now get a re-fund and if they don’t reply then I have been scammed completely and they have just stolen my money, don’t ever buy from here absolutely shocking and disappointing

Ordered x 2 peanut butter granola
X 2 vanilla tabacco yogi
They sent x 2 granola bar instead of vanilla tabacco yogi
After 3 days of emailing the finally admitted their error and asked me just to accept the incorrect one I said no
They didn’t actually have ones I’d ordered in stock
At my request the sent me a return label so I travelled to post office in adverse weather to sendthem back a
Week later they sent me replacement different juice.
They still do not have original vanilla tabacco in stock BUT ARE STILL ADVERTISING IT IN WEBSITE even although I queried this several times and they are aware of the issue.
so if you order you’ll get wrong item and have to organise at your inconvenience sending back
It’s shocking customer service they now know it’s an error on their part and are not bothering their Arxse to fix it on their website.
So I wonder what else they’re advertising they don’t have!

As a result, the item sent was the one titled on the listing page, not the one you were expecting in the image. Once we realised the error, we offered to have the parcel collected from an address convenient for you to minimise any further disruption. However, we understand you preferred a prepaid postage label, which we promptly provided. We appreciate the effort you took to return the items despite the adverse weather conditions.
After receiving the return, our team checked the stock for the item you originally intended to purchase but, unfortunately, it had sold out by that time. As a resolution, we offered you the choice of swapping for an alternative or receiving a full refund.

Not so mystery box
Great value mystery boxes however the contents of each one is next to identical, they do state “ Those of you who choose to purchase multiple boxes will find similarities with the contents. ” however it’s not just similarities every single box was pretty much identical. Bought 5 boxes and now have pretty much 5 or more of each of the same thing. But for the price it’s still ok.

Good company
Good company, great customer service however, unless you work from home delivery is unreliable. When DPD is used, they respect my wishes and leave in a safe place so I know I'm guaranteed the delivery. However, Royal Mail will not leave in safe place (or even in letter box) which delays delivery for days too long.
