Commande non expédié depuis depuis au moins 3 jours ouvrées

Commande passée vendredi soir (13/06/25), toujours pas expédiée ce mercredi.(18/06/25)

J’ai tenté de les contacter à plusieurs reprises par mail, mais mes messages sont rejetés. J’ai également envoyé deux messages via leur formulaire de contact sans réponse à ce jour.

Le site promet une expédition rapide pour les commandes avant 15h, ce qui n’a pas été respecté.

J’espère recevoir ma commande rapidement

18/06/25 : Monsieur André à régler mon problème ! Je rajoute qu’une seule étoile car il a fallu plusieurs échange de mail car le produit que je souhaitais était en rupture de stock, comme je lui ai proposé par mail, ce serait super que le site indique si le produit est de stock ou non.

De plus je trouve cela dommage qu’il fasse que je mettes une note sur TrustPilot pour avoir un retour

Customer service?

"Update, I got a replacement of the batteries a few days after the review. It was free of charge and they work fine. So, I have updated my 1 star review. The service when they came around was fine"

I got my order and the liquids seemed fine.
But got 4 batteries, where one can't be charged and the other three checks as empty when I try to use them after charging.
When I use same batteries of same brand in same equipment they work.
I have emailed the company and filled in the contact formula on website and in almost a week I haven't heard a single thing from them.
I have actually tried to use the formula twice. But second time I get a Google verification fault and can send it.
So, sorry. I am not at all satisfied with the purchase.
It is totally a waste of money for the batteries.
I get that the company is not at fault for getting a bad batch of batteries or they have been sitting to long on a shelf. But their lack of customer service is frustrating.
