I got a flashforge adventurer 3 about 3 or 4 months ago and it has problems with connecting to my wifi even with the correct password. Flashforge's aftersales team is pretty mid. They have solved the problem but it took a few days. It is a decent printer with good build quality when it works, but for how it has been, it is totally not worth 400 dollars. I could buy a better printer like a creality ender 3 for 200 dollars less, but with better quality. Edit: THEY ACTUALLY HELPED ME MY PRINTER FINALLY WORKS IT JUST NEEDS AND UPDATE FROM A USB (at least for me)

Great printers and they helped me setup Marlin on my Creator Pro with quick response times as well.

Please do not buy Flashforge products - they will break and there is absolutely no help from support. I have for several days been trying to get a qualified response to a problem under warranty, but the answers I get from their support has no relation to reality....it is so bad that it is actually funny.

Luckily the dealership in Sweden 3DPrima.com make up for that with good response time and qualified personel.

Flashforge has actually sent me all the parts for me to fix the problems. These parts are new motherboard, build plate, nozzles. I am puzzled why I have to do the repair myself with the spareparts provided for me, but as the printer is quite bulky I am fine with this as I have the skills to replace the parts.

As someone else mentioned, while the product is in some cases quite exceptional the after sales is possibly the worst around. Really slow in answering if at all, a lot of my questions never were answered. I bought 2 machines from them that I could no longer source consumables for them before they were a year old. The machines themselves are great but not cheap I would have expected to get a lot more than a year out of them. One of the questions not answered was in regards to this. The first purchased printer broke down December 2022, finally got it working after 2 months. That was after flashforge passed the buck to the retailers , who had to get flashforge to solve it. So my verdict is they produce good even innovative machines but if you purchase, hope you never have any problems.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. My Adventurer 3D printer only worked properly for 6 weeks or so.
Flashforge customer service is the worst I've ever seen.
They refuse to honor their warranty and either repair or replace the 3d printer. I've been sending them video after video of it not printing properly for 8 months or so.

Flashforge made an attempt to rip me off causing paypal to intervine. They sent me a printer with a faulty nozzle. I payed out of pocket for a repklacement that they never sent and gave me a different excuse each time i asked (kept lying). They wouyldnt even respond to my emails until I opened a case with paypal. Paypal finally stepped in and sided with me. Flashforge then promised a refund and the part since the fire the nozzle caused was due to a defect. I got the refund and no part. Beware of this company as on occasion they randomly pick someone to rip off. I am done with the get my money back side of this and am now awaiting court documents for a lawsuite.

I have no complaint about their product; my problem is with the deplorable service this company provides.

Since 6 months ago when we received a brand new FlashForge Creator 3 we have mostly not been able to use the printer as it has too many faults and design issues. The list of issues is as follows:

1. Mainboard broken resulting in left extruder not working
2. Heated bed not properly fixed and moves around in both X-Axis and Y-Axis directions too easy
3. It is not possible to adjust filament feed rate
4. Touchscreeen not responsive and very sluggish

After changing the mainboard the list of problems and questions grew

5. Z-Axis moving randomly after calibration
6. Heated bed damaged from Z-Axis off-limits motions
7. FlashForge claims I shall only use original FlashForge filament
8. Does the printer actually support PVA, Nylon and other filaments?
9, When doing firmware upgrades, the system hangs and must be power cycled

The printer has a direct filament feeder (not geared).

To fix the issues they are offering me an RMA and a new unit. The service to solve the problem has been friendly and positive, while still unable to provide a working unit after months.
