Bought the printer late November and started using 25/12/2025, worked well until the screen started freezing early March. Contacted Flashforge and their Customer Service representative seemed helpful and knowledgeable. At their advice I updated the firmware, over the next couple of weeks I was sent a new screen and cable, none of this fixed the issue. I was then sent a new motherboard (took 2 weeks to arrive) which didn’t work as the MAC address was missing, I was told this was ‘factory negligence’ and a replacement was issued. Another week passed and then exactly the same issue motherboard had no MAC address. A further week has passed and I am waiting for a the Technical Department to get back to me.

I have been without the printer for longer than the printer was used for and Flashforge doesn’t seem to have an effective plan and no incentive to fix. I didn’t expect the printer to last for years and years but I did expect it to last longer than the 60 days I had it.

The customer support/help representative was very understanding to my on-line ordering plight, which due to website issues meant that I missed an ‘order-by’ deadline date. After contacting them, they sent me a discount code for £150 so that I could complete my order after (the end of offer) date & still obtain the printer for the discounted cost.

Flashforge has been so great to me in my situation. I have multiple printers by them and I am a big fan. I use them daily in my business production line up.

I appreciate the excellent fast response, customer support and responsible personal follow through the representatives from FlashForge have provided me. Such responsible follow through I do not receive from the other printer companies from whom I have purchased printers AnyCubic, BambuLabs, Elegoo. Before you buy any printer it’s important to know the customer support will really care and help you.

Responses were timely and they answered all my questions. FlashForge has been very active in all the communities I've been on relating to 3D printing.

This is my second Flashforge printed. There was a mix up with my email address so I didn’t receive the full discount but they quickly responded and immediately credited me the difference. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

Just 15 out of 10. They responded very quickly to my request regarding checking delivery countries, and everything was corrected. Cyprus is now available for ordering. FlashForge has always been very responsive. I have owned a few of your printers. Most recently purchased the AD5X. I have reserved 2 Creator 5 Pros on the Early Bird reservation. Looking forward to seeing how these will fit in with my 3D printing business.
