I ordered the Vietnam Veteran emblems for my truck. They do not look anything like what was advertised. The VIETNAM VETERAN part isn't anything like the picture. It is so SMALL you can barely read the words. Thought they would be chrome like the pictures. Not happy AT ALL.

Poor quality, long delivery time, not what was advertised
I placed a order for a 250 anniversary flag and commerative coin, on June 10, 2026, i just received the items today, they were not the quality advertised, the coins appeared to be of a engraved raised appearance in the add, when received they are a coin type material with what appears to be a paper covering for the details, cheesy as hell, the flag was advertised as embroidered all weather and double sided and is nothing but a one sided nylon flag, i am very disappointed on what I received and and the quality price paid for an inferior product, i will NOT be ordering anything from this company

Slow boat from China for a Commemorative Flag
I ordered a 250 Commemorative Flag, on June 25, still waiting. Tracking shows a label was created on July 1, but, shows it was processed in China on July 8. Now I understand it's coming from China and not here in the states. At this rate it may get here for the 251st Anniversary. This is not the only Company that I dealt with that advertised the hype but couldn't deliver. I'm still waiting on an order from June 15th from another outlet.

Unfortunately, I never received a commemorative flag I had been eagerly anticipating for months in advance of July 4th.
It appears to have been delivered to a wrong address box at my community clubhouse, and with over 400+ homes in the neighborhood, I had no way of finding out where it went.
The company was most understanding, and agreed to completely refund my PayPal account, which just goes to show that they do care for their customers.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered the 250th flag. It is see-through, and nothing like it was portrayed. Very thin material. There is no way to reach them. The item was sent from a home address in Los Angeles. You will be wise not to do business with Flair Gifts.

Avoid FlairGifts, their items are not as they seem
They advertised this beautiful 250 year celebration 3 x 5 flag, double sided print, heavy duty reinforced stitching, etc. From the ad on the web, it looked great - HOWEVER, it took 6 weeks to get it, it was single sided not double sided, minimal stitching and the size is about 1 1/2 x 3. Very disappointing, not even what they advertised. I will NEVER purchase from them again, and I recommend you steer clear of them. One site shows them with a ONE STAR rating and accurately so.

Terrible updates
Got my initial tracking which provided an update to where my package was and that was all. It was transferred to USPS and I was given no new tracking information. My package ended up in California and I live in Wisconsin. Triple checked I input the address correct. My package ended up being destroyed due to not being able to be delivered. I ended up finding the usps tracking through another Chinese website. When I called usps the post office in California told me these websites reuse barcodes and tracking gets messed up quite often. Bought the insurance and still waiting for follow up to see if I will get my order or not.

The items I ordered aren't even close to what is described and pictured. One of the three windspinners is flat metal with nothing g to spin. The other two are windspinner that are flat with wheels attached to each side.. they are all supposed to be 3D. With spinning wheels.

Buyer beware!! The keychain I ordered, depicted on the web site was a small figure, when I received it , it was a flat piece of metal. Cute but not what I thought i ordered. Not to mention it took almost two months to get them. I have emailed the company, but from the reviews I am not expecting much.

Missing product
I ordered my product on April 9. Today is May 21. It shows it has arrived at the overseas warehouse which I assume would be here in the US. And has been there for over a week. I do not recommend it. Customer service has been great but I still do not have a product.

What a scam!
What a scam. I ordered a firetruck wind mill yard ornament for my son-in-law as a birthday gift. I was so disappointed. It doesn't look at all like what I ordered. I paid around $40.00 before tax and shipping. What I got was a crappy flat metal picture of a firetruck. Not at all what you see when you are shopping. It's embarrassing.
