The most wonderful, comfortable shoes ever! Bought three pairs and had to return one for a larger size. The service was exceptional! So easy and fast. Once the order was placed the shoes arrived from Spain in just a few days…..cannot think of anything for you to improve on…..100% satisfied customer here!!

I’m very disappointed with my last two pairs. I own seven pairs of Flabelus and the last two pairs I purchased were quite tight. The soles are definitely smaller and there are visible traces of glue. The quality is not as good as it used to be.

The sizing was really off. Shipping is expensive. I had to send my shoes back because of it, went a size up and they still did not fit. I never have to do that. I incurred over a 100.00 in shipping charges to try to find the right size. They would not help cover the return due to sizing. I will not shop there again.

This isn’t my first time ordering shoes from your site, but every single time the shoes arrive faulty. I initially assumed it was a rare issue, but at this point it’s clear there’s a consistent quality control problem with online orders.

It’s especially frustrating because I genuinely like the brand and have had good experiences buying in-store. However, every online order has resulted in a partial or full return due to defects.

This latest experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand. I no longer feel confident that the quality will meet basic standards if I order again.

It’s a real shame - good products in theory, but clearly poor quality checks before distribution.

Too small and too tight.
Logistics is not assuring

I had some teething problems with international delivery to Australia (the parcel got lost by the courier - not Flabelus’s fault - but then it felt like forever & a day to reach a resolution, it did occur to me at one point that it might be faster to fly to Spain to sort it out)…. BUT… in the end… Flabelus customer service really made me feel like they genuinely cared and it DID all get sorted out. The shoes are absolutely wonderful, magical and worth the wait!! BIG THANKS to Flabelus for persevering with my order and putting up with all my anxious emails. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was recently in Madrid and found a Flabelus store close to where I was staying. i absolutely fell in love with the shoes and purchase 2 pairs! When i got back from my vacation i went to the website and ordered 2 more pairs! I am totally OBSESSED!! The colors, the comfort, the whole vibe!! I now want the Lyra Petal in burgundy so that will be my next buy!! I have also shared the brand with my bestie and she too is obsessed!

The shoes were purchased as a gift for my daughter and she LOVES them. Shipping/return expense was my only complaint.

Ces chaussures sont extraordinairement confortables et élégantes. Mes pieds sont très difficiles à chausser et là j'ai trouver une paire de sleepers et une paire de ballerines pour mes tenues de printemps parfaites en tous points.

The shoes are great but the delivery from Spain is painfully slow.

Shoes took 3 weeks to get to London, after contacting customer service I received a generic response back and was never followed up with in time. I tried to exchange a previous online order in store (to prevent myself from placing this one) which I was told could not be done. This seems an outdated process in the modern world. Shoes arrived in poor condition with soles not properly attached to the shoe but given the challenges resolving any kind of issue with this company I have just left them to save time.

La verdad la paqueteria por la que envian sus paquetes es muy mala, tienen 2-3 semanas con los zapatos ya en mi ciudad y aun no me lo pueden entregar.

Me encantan, son geniales. Cómodas, alegres, diferentes y elegantes a la vez. Te hacen sentir especial cada vez que pisas😃

Lovely and comfortable shoes! The delayed delivery was quite frustrating! but the 7 day wait for a response from customer services was worse. Even when you had emailed in response to theirs it was another 7 day wait to hear back! Thankfully my shoes got delivered after 26 days of waiting!

Everything was perfect except the tax free process. SP told me it is now in the system without providing any tax free form. I bought three shoes and I was expecting a tax free out of that. However, airport customs did not validate the purchase and rejected it and they were requesting a tax free form for that while it was not provided for me.

Amo esta marca. Sus zapatos son super comodos y amo su diseño. Desde Colombia !!!

I placed my order over 20 days ago. No update from the delivery company. When I call the delivery company they say they cannot take my call because by postcode is outside of Spain (I live in Switzerland). I have contacted Flabelus multiple times, each time I have to wait 24/48hrs for a reply, which is always "we have contacted the shipping company for an update." I have asked for a refund on posting, my requests go ignored. Never again ordering from this place.

Comprei 3 pares de sapatos há 1 ano. Tava à espera de bebé e só os usei este ano. Os 3 abriram se todos a frente. Tive que os mandar colar todos. Apesar de um deles até virem com a cola amarela da loja decidi ficar com eles e acatam por abri todos.

Me gustan mucho los diseños pero sí que es cierto que las costuras del zapato deberían estar mejor rematadas para el precio que tienen.

Hugely overpriced espadrilles, basically. Poor quality stitching and no cushion or foot support. I bought a pair of slippers which I immediately returned because they looked like they’d last five minutes.

Oh - and they are too small.
