Pedí una talla más grande, soy 41 y pedí 42 de cualquier manera aprietan y lastiman, debieran cuidar el ajuste con más precisión.
Estoy un poco decepcionada

Love my Flavelus. This was my third pair. So comfy and beautiful. Compliments galore, and I can walk in them for miles and miles.

Horrible costumer service !!
After a long wait for my parcel I finaly got it to find that the wrong colour was sent to me. I contated customer service, only available by email, and they are rather awful and dismissive. Sending back the shoes and they will not see my money ever again.

El zapato es muy bonito, pero el terciopelo está pasado está por un lateral gastado totalmente apunto de romper. No he podido notificarlo antes porque ustedes me escriben en inglés y yo no sé hablar inglés

The only downside to ordering off flabelus is the insane cost of returns. €12 is so expensive, or €8 if you’re exchanging an item is a lot seeing as the shoes are quite expensive themselves. Seeing as the shoes are small fitting I would assume it’s a common occurrence - it’s disappointing to have to pay this much especially being based in Ireland I don’t have any other choice and the shoes are so gorgeous so it’s a shame. It would really put me off purchasing online again.

I replaced the old shoes with the new ones. When I tried on the old pair, they were comfortable around the toes, unlike the new pair. Although the new shoes fit the length of my foot, they did not fit the width of my toes and the front of my foot
I give it for my sister I didn’t wear it

I love Flabelus!! I have two pairs and I bought one pair for my sisters and she love it. There are super comfy and amazing. I'am thinking about the next flabelus!!

La tienda es linda, me dejaron probar varios zapatos antes de decidirme pero me fue un poco complicado que alguien me atienda (quizá por la cantidad de clientes pero sí demoró mi compra porque necesitaba esperar a ser atendida)
