Excellent service for my Garmin screen repair. Screen was misting up underneath. Instructions really clear as to how to send my watch off. Email notification to say my watch had been received. Very quick repair turnaround and my watch was received and returned fixed effectively. Cannot complain. All round very god service.

I accidentally cracked the screen of my Fitbit Sense 2.

My Huawei smart watch had been out of action for some time due to a non-functioning screen. I had considered buying a new one to replace it but didn't relish the £200-plus price tag. My repair at Fix Screens cost me £70 plus postage and it was returned a couple of weeks later in perfect working order. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Using Fix Screens was a easy and reliable experience! The team communicated promptly and clearly all the way through with both automated and bespoke/direct messages when needed. Ultimately, my watch’s internal mechanisms were broken so it wasn’t able to be fixed at a sensible cost, but the team advised me on all my options and refunded the advertised cost of the replacement screen. Fast, kept in contact throughout the process, great repair and less expensive than a new or replacement watch. Only thing I’d add is if you use your watch for swimming or water sports may not be the best solution as they understandably cannot guarantee waterproofing.
