Excellent customer service

Bought a product from Fixra for my car. Constantly kept up-to-date with the progress of the order. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged by the courier.
I contacted Fixra. Even although it wasn't their fault they apologised and immediately sent out a replacement. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend Fixra and will certainly buy from them again in the future.

Badly Damaged Paint Tin

Granville 750ml metal paint tin arrived via Evri in ok condition (box not damaged) but on opening the tin was quite badly dented, so I can only presume it was sent in this condition. Hopefully it won't leak!

Very poor choice of carrier Evri

I ordered 10 x 5 litre screen wash on 25 September and was informed that it would be delivered next day. On 26 September on 4 of the 10 screen wash arrived delivered by Evri. I phoned on 27 September and was asked to give it another day. I phoned again on 1 October and my balance was resent. From this point I have not received over 20 emails from Evri saying there is a delay. This company is totally let down by cutting corners and using poor quality carriers. Tried phoning again today and got a blunt answer phone message saying that they are closed for two so I have opened a PayPal dispute!

Advertising next day delivery to the uk with orders over £50 i purchased a £60 item and got sent 2 day delivery by evri that took 3 days.false advertising at its best.

Good product

Delivery was next day as promised and product seems really good.
Probably not your fault but tins were dented and mixing cup on both tins were damaged and unusable. Perhaps packaging could be improved.

I ordered Gunk driveway cleaner on 5th…

I ordered Gunk driveway cleaner on 5th August 2024 and today 21 August I still await delivery.
( Delivery was expected within 5 days) Despite using Fixra chat line - they seem to delay replies and ignore what you tell them. Very frustrated - will not use this company again. I have now asked twice for a full refund and guess what......no answer.
