Good price, quick delivery but my order was badly packed and a tub of ceramic grease was cracked open. The grease was contaminated with bits of plastic but once cleaned up the other contents were OK... Se mer

Trying to return something is impossible.

I received some oil that when I put it in an engine it started to foam excessively in use. I asked for a return of the other bottle that I ordered at the same time, as I do not think the oil is correctly manufactured, and is therefore not fit for purpose. After 7 days I have not had my return authorised or even responded too. Customer service is very poor and they obviously not taking my complaint seriously. Cheap is no good if there is no customer service.

10/10 would recommend. Ordered 4 cans of dpf cleaner arrived the next day. (New years eve as well!) Thanks :o)

Still waiting

Put a order in , waiting over a week , had to phone to see where it was, told it be with me in a couple of days, yes it arrived, only half my order, waited another couple of days , phoned again , was told it’ll be a couple of days, still waiting ?

Zero customer service

Needed to cancel order and replace with correct spec oil. They waited hours until they had first shipped the item then claiming they had to refuse the cancellation as the item had been shipped.
No customer service whatsoever. Won't be using this company ever again. There are loads of better options for the same products at lower prices from better merchants.
