Great service
Customer service was superb. Staff clearly knew what they were doing. Super supportive throughout the process. Bit annoying they weren't open at the weekend, but all other aspects of the process was first class.

They have done a good job
They have done a good job, but they took too long. Two weeks with the car for not a massive job and no communication throughout was a bit rubbish.

Car to be repaired , damage to rear right side t backc
Car to be repaired , not my fault. Fox were helpful with my problem which is that I cannot drive to St.Albans safely. I am 93.
They were so good , came for the car, no fuss. Told me it would be over a week, and they returned it on Thursday. fully restored, looking smart and even washed the outside and cleaned the inside, Can' t ask for more.
