I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto in St Albans following an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the start, everything felt smooth and well-handled. The team were efficient, organised, and kept things moving without unnecessary delays, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Their customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, and reassuring at every step.
The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of the repair itself was outstanding. My car looks as good as new, and you’d never know it had been in an accident.

The only negative I had was the size of the loan vehicle, which was not a like for like replacement. Which I have had in the past.

With regards to the loan vehicle, as the repair was carried out under your own insurance policy, we are only required to provide a courtesy car to help keep you mobile while your vehicle is with us. These vehicles are not like-for-like replacements and are offered subject to availability. In non-fault claims, the insurance company will usually arrange a hire vehicle which is typically a like-for-like replacement.

I just have to say that the service I received from Fix Auto in St Albans was absolutely exceptional!
They truly went above and beyond to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible, especially knowing how much I needed it. Being a little distance away was no problem for them either — they even arranged a lift for me after I dropped my car off, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Throughout the whole process, they kept me fully updated on the progress, which gave me real peace of mind. And when I picked my car up, it looked amazing — like brand new!
A huge thank you to Dale, Rash, and your beautiful wife for all your support and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone!

Repair on Grandland. The custom was very good and…
The customer service was very good and helpful. Talked me through the process, also the estimated time when my Grandland would be completed, it did go over but that was purely down to getting all the parts.
The reason I have only given 4 star, my drivers side plastic surrounding the mirror has been damaged, apart from that , EXCELLENT.
