From my first contact with Fix Auto I was informed of the whole process involved in the repair of my car following a bump. I was also informed on its progress which was reassuring. The auto tech team was professional and, most importantly, highly responsive whenever I reached out for updates and progress reports. They did an excellent job on my car — it now looks like an upgrade! I was especially impressed by their convenient service of picking up the car from my home and returning it after the repairs. That level of customer service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again.

Super easy
Great work. My mum hit our car and the front wheel arch and bumper needed work. These guys kept me informed and called regularly, gave us a courtesy car and even delivered to the garage and back. Basically just sat around and waited. Great work.

On the whole the service was good…
On the whole the service was good however I was asked how often I wanted to be updated on the repairs and agreed every 3 Days I had to call you for ipdates.
Car was returned and paint had been misused from a couple of areas on the bonnet sides. So car had to be returned to repair shop
