Great friendly and professional service right from the initial contact via my insurance company. Took my car in on the Friday and quoted me 10-14 days for the repairs. I drove away confidently in the courtesy car feeling it was in good hands.
Contacted on the following Wednesday afternoon telling me that my car was ready, and went over the following day to collect!
Perfect repairs and freshly valeted, very happy

All the work was undertaken as agreed. The staff kept me informed of progress and the car was returned before the anticipated date. All staff were professional in their approach and thorough in recording defects before the car was taken away for repair. The repairs are indistinguishable from the rest of the bodywork.

The car was picked up and returned after the repair within the time slots as agreed, it's a great job no complaints. But you need to call to make arrangements for car pickup, although they have been informed by the insurance company that the job is coming their way.
