Never good to need the services of an…
Never good to need the services of an organization that repairs cars, as it already means you have had an unhappy experience. I do however note that Fix Auto Lichfield branch picked up my car for me and repaired it quickly AND extremely well. You cannot tell it had combat damage now the repair is completed! If I had to use a bodyshop service again then Fix Auto would be my first call.

Exemplary service
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Fix Auto, Lichfield, especially my main contact, Amy. Four other companies weren't interested in the repair but Amy took the job on and made sure we got best value for everything. Everyone I met was friendly and the job itself was immaculate. Communication was absolutely first class. Thank you Amy and Fix Auto.

Excellent car repair
Absolutely first class service from the team at Fix Auto, Lichfield and particularly Amy, my main contact. I was regularly contacted and kept up to date regarding parts ordering and the progress of work being carried out through to the return of my car. I would not hesitate to recommend Fix Auto. They certainly took the stress and hassle out of repairing my accident damaged car.
